We are really sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations. Because of a technical problem in our system, we had an overbooking in privilege rooms the day of your arrival. We tried to solve this problem and we provide you a standard room but furbished with all products of a privilege room: full minibar, coffee machine and the beauty products.
