the rooms are a pleasure, I have stayed many times in Crown Syd, Burj Arab. Marina Bay Sands, i think your hotel is up there with all of these for the décor alone

Our go to place in Adelaide with great staff and usually great service all round however a couple of dissapointments this visit. We ordered a Chicken Chassuer for room service and were very dissapointment at the $51 serving containing only 3 small peices of chicken with no rice or mash as you might expect. We rang room service and asked for a replacement club sandwhich meal which was promptly delivered at no charge and the fee for the chicken was wiped at checkout the next morning. The other downer was not being able to use your welcome drink in Garcon Bleu at your dinner table, nor in Club Milliseme. Can only be used at Garcon Bleu bar or downstairs. Some more flexibility here would be good.
