There’s cosy and there’s cramped…

Mattress was old, creaky, dipped and dreadful. Noisey corridor due to lift having a bell that you could hear every 5 minutes. I understand it’s central London, but I’ve had better rooms very nearby for the same cost. The room was so tiny I was walking sideways around the bed! Will not recommend or return.

1. The hotel could not find my booking on arrival. 2. Rooms comfortable 3. Poor sound proofing 4. Very slow lifts with poor capacity 5. Nice quality feel

Sleepy hotel on a cute street near Paddington. While the staff was pleasant and the hotel clean, it was overall a mediocre experience. Hotel was worn and rooms, showers were cramped. Completely fine for a night or two, for one person - but it would have been uncomfortable with another person. Appreciated the little gym, and the attached cafe for a selection of hot breakfast choices.

Staff are not very welcoming or helpful and as a Platinum Accor Member my loyalty does not seem valued.

Very good, polite personnel. 8 points because there is no adaptors for EU sockets. It supposed that you refer to non British citizens also.
