Cannot say enough good things about this resort. Service, setting, accommodations, food, activities: all first rate. Most every staff member was friendly, polite, and helpful. I am bad with names, but the woman in the gift boutique was very helpful and knowledgeable. Dali, who did the yoga, reiki and sound healing was excellent. A true healer. The sound healing was incredible! The little lady at the buffet restaurant in the hijab had a smile that would outshine the sun, and was always smiling, ready to serve. The cooks, bartenders, pretty much everyone was smiling and always greeted you. Our over-water villa was extraordinary, with thoughtful amenities and comfortable beds. Loved the glass panel allowing us to watch the reef fish while in our room. The Vista restaurant was amazing, though I must say all the food was marvelous. A variety of dishes, including gluten free, vegetarian, and vegan. The spa was five star, with pleasant staff, peaceful rooms, and lots of options for treatments. Two very minor complaints: the body scrub and mask were both cold, as was the room. Difficult to fully relax. Also, one of the housekeeping staff was a bit grumpy on several occasions. Again, minor issues in an otherwise idyllic vacation.

Great food; great and comfortable rooms with stunning views ; super nice staffs which I don’t want to name them as it’s not fair to the others if I miss any one of them! It’s rated a four star hotel but I would say all the experience I had there was 5 stars ⭐️ ! I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the staffs there especially to those I didn’t have the chance to express my appreciation for their service that made my vocation wonderful!
