There are new extra charges for silly things as cuttlery. There wasnt bottles water at the bar for sale. The bar guy attitude was not good

Unfortunately I was supposed to stay for 4 days. I had to leave the hotel on my second because they never leave towels for us. I had to go to see the receptionist in order to get it. The Safe did not work Every time I had to go downstairs to reactivate my electronic key. Did not have the Alice bucket. Sorry they have to work more professionally to get better..I decided to to move to garden Inn Hilton

I arrived at 2 am; the receptionist was a little rude and took copies of our IDs (The first time that happens to me). Also, the invoice was wrong and I am still waiting for it.
