The Staff that works here is amazing, she told us all the best places to go to. The rooms are amazing. Ibis is a beautiful hotel. Will definitely recommend this to anyone that is interested. Can wait to do some more exploring.

Excellent hotel right in the fun part of Bangkok - so close to the river and markets etc… rooms are awesome, staff are amazing, breakfast is simply delicious and plentiful, excellent pool, streets restaurant is superb - we want to come back this December to stay again and can’t wait for this hotel to re open … please let us know when you will re open for bookings as we miss you !

I completed my 14 days of quarantine in this amazing hotel. People was really polite. Food was delicious, varied and abundant. The room was big, the only thing that I did not like was that the windows was little so it was a bit dark without lights on. Everything regarding quarantine was extremely well organised. Since the pick up at the airport till the end of my stay. I got reminders from the nurse about PCR tests, checking temperature, etc. They helped me get a local SIM CARD. At the end of my stay, they help me with some printouts that I needed. I really recommend this hotel.

One of my favourite hotels in Thailand. Loved the pool. The rooms were very clean and typical of Ibis Styles In Europe. The price was very attractive considering the quality of the hotel. The cocktails served by the pool were of high quality. I will definitely stay there again.

Did 7 days quarantine in this hotel before TH Govt made quarantine 14 days. The room was modern, chic and much bigger than I expected. They give you a QR code to scan via WhatsApp or Line so communication with the staff is direct. Very useful. Nurse on duty is kind as well. Staff Yui and Firm are very helpfuI. I had some issues with my checkout however. The nurse informed me that I could check out one day earlier than in my confirmation and that was welcome news. Since I could Check out earlier, I asked if I would get a refund on the one night that I was supposed to stay and they said no. Staff said that checking out one day earlier is my option and I can stay one more night if I wanted 😅 They were explaining something about my arrival time in Thailand that allowed me to check out one day earlier. Touch down before 1800h in Thailand allows you to check out a night earlier apparently. I explained that the reservations department knew my arrival time and flight number (before 1800h). They still put my check out on my confirmation on a wrong date. I asked to speak manager to get further clarification but staff said the manager will only come in the afternoon. After days of quarantine, really just agreed so I could check out. Other than that, every thing is great. Food is excellent too! Security team was really kind and helpful. Will stay again to quarantine if I need to go TH again. Still hoping to get a refund of one night😅 Not to take away anything from reservations department, they replied promptly with last minute changes with my booking. Thank you Ibis for taking care of me 😁
