Dear Kristian Thank you for your feedback and information you have given us, I’m sorry to see that you didn’t have a great experience. The first part I have given the information you have given me back to the team at Ibis Styles 50, as we work separately I can’t comment on the booking process or the refund. With the feedback you have provided for you stay with us here at Ibis Styles Khaosan, its disappointing to see you didn’t enjoy the food and it was inedible, we do constant checks on food quality and we also have regular calls to get feedback, I’ve reviewed the call logs and nothing has been mentioned, can you let me know if you raised this up as a concern just so I can follow this up for you. The mandated times do have to be as such, as the guest traffic moves round the hotel for new arrivals, departures, and swab tests etc, we have these allocated times to serve the whole hotel their food in a safe and secure manner and also ensure the safety of our teams, as you can imagine running such an operation does have its logistical challenges. The swab test area, originally we did have screens for privacy but these were removed by the health department and unfortunately we don’t have any alternative options allowed here, and have to follow their set guidelines for us to be able to operate the ASQ facility, we work with them as much as we can to ensure guest comfort. I do hope this gives you some insight into why some of the things are the way they are, if I could get your feedback on the food and I will personally chase that up, and again my apologies this hasn’t been a great experience.
