Very Disappointing Hotel

This hotel has a very very bad service. We have paid the hotel full in advance and they still charged us for a room deposit of 2 million rupiah. However, they still ask us to pay a drink when we order in the restaurant (which cost 182.000 rupiah). We told the waiter that we have a deposit in our room account, however they said that it is not applicable for restaurant, which doesn't make sense. In other Accor Group Hotel, when I have paid our hotel full in advanced, they never ask for a room guarantee, or if they charged us for a room guarantee, they never charged us for our room service They never charge us for room service or when we eat at a hotel restaurant. And yet my room is very problematic. The shower is broken, the AC is broken, the hairdryer is broken. People stay in this hotel especially for exhibition (IFEX), they should consider improving their service. So far, this is the first time I have stayed in a hotel with poor management.

We are staying at the 15th floors and the View of the Kemayoran city was stunning from our room , the room division team was delivered best service during our stay , we would like to thanks to the bell man Mr Agus & Mr Yani , they know how to engage to the guests and delivered genuine personal service

No hot water for my stay, 2 nights.. No hand towel in bathroom, just shower towels Very hot in reception area and breakfast rest Facilities are good otherwise Need a bar or coffee shop, also no restaurant for dinner, basically only sleep and breakfast

The best option for stay , we are stay in the weekend very nuce for a view we get the city view . For the breakfast so far okay and many choice for the menu. The lobby and swimming pool very coozy many place for spot photos , we glad stay here all staff are friendly 💙💙

Had a super comfy stay here Booked for a deluxe room and got the city view Udah sering stay here yaaa so far sih asik terus yahh Lanjutkaaannnnn, already fix this hotel as our fav hotel in jakarta! Thanks grand mercure Ditunggu aku datang lagi yah haha
