Semua fasilitas bagus dan comfartable...nice and luxury breakfast. Mungkin kamar mandi perlu perbaikan di kebocoran di washtafel. Meski hanya kebocoran kecil, sayang jika dibiarkan. Good work and services for each staff that attend to us. Hopefully to keep the good work Will visit again next time with the kids

Hotel was great, very central , service was good, food was also good for buffet breakfast and dinner . Being 5 star you’d assume they’d have some lotion etc in the rooms and a few other things, most things are modern but the iron looks like it’s from 1980…. Anyway enjoy your stay

Room ok, service BIG NO!!! Got room 1729, the room is ok, clean and spacious, but we cannot sleep due to bad sound from upper floor or maybeceiling or the room position just in front of emergency stairs. Even they cannot find the problem, but just saying they dont hear anything. At MIDNIGHT we tried to complain but the phone is BROKEN so we have to come to lobby just to complaining! In the morning still we were disturbed by some annoying sound and tried to explain to the maganer but NO SOLUTION. Just because they dont want to disturb other guest. Am I not a guest for you??? After breakfast, we tried to ask the result for their followed up about our issue, but of course NO RESULT. the manager just say sorry and give us a plate of fruit as apology. Sorry to say, the hotel must have good sollution, not just by giving a plate of fruit. Remember, guests come to your hotel for RESTING AND HAVE A GOOD SLEEP. Even the building is spacious and clean, it is NOTHING if we cant get a good sleep and service. They just can do nothing but say sorry. It really dissapointed me as your guest.
