was good, just bit noisy around 2 to 3 am , people coming from the Panthers club. Noise from the club as well at night.

Good accommodation and late check out. However the show head actually hurt our body when the water came it. It felt like needles

Water was leaking from a downlight above the bathroom sink. The stain around the light looked like it been happening for some time. The build up of water around the sink had a green film over it. It was definitely unpleasant and I thought unsafe. I left without using the bathroom as I didn’t feel it was safe. I advised staff when I left about this problem.

Disappointing to say the least. Ask for room with court yard as I love fresh air. Got to my room after going and getting dinner and the lock on the Door was broken so no fresh air for me..I was offended to move rooms. At 9pm at night I was in my Pajamas about the have my Dinner so i declined to move rooms. Next morning I ask to be charged a lesser room rate but I was told No..

Too noisy on a Friday and Saturday night

Room 105 was way too noisy on Friday and Saturday night. The noise was coming from a club or pub. I attended a physically demanding training course on Saturday and it was less than ideal that the noise prevented me from getting a good night's sleep.

We recently enjoyed a very pleasant and comfortable stay at the Mercure Penrith. Our spacious room was well furnished with generous inclusions such as sufficient comfortable chairs and tables, safe, hair dryer, ironing board etc. Staff was professional and friendly. The service was excellent. And the promise of a complimentary drink for the two of us was provided with no issues.

The team at Penrith Mercure are very courteous and helpful room and hotel appear to have been recently upgraded and i thought the priority parking for regular guests is most innovative. We had breakfast in the room and the meals were on time and most enjoyable

all aspects of the stay were excellent in regards to the hotel except On the Saturday night we could hear the loud music from the Panthers club until 3am in the morning and as we had, had a busy day and were really tired this was unacceptable. They said they could not move us due to booked out but feel double glazing would fix the problem.
