Can not believe I ordered room service, 2 calls , 55 minutes lates my chicken sandwich with chips arrived, already a little Afro, room service is pricey but convenient. No convenience here. Plate hot , chips hot , sandwich cold, bacon cold , chicken cold, cheese cold. It was horrible $28.00 Rang complained it was picked up. What’s wrong it’s a cold toastie. So not professional. Very disappointed. Going to bed tonight hungry.

I have noted your comments in regards to in-room dining service. I am sorry that the team was so unresponsive and failed to be accommodating with your order in a timely manner, this is definitely not the experience you expect nor the standards as a hotel we have set, I apologise. Stunning room and views, great valet parking service, although on arrival we were asked if we could please park our own car? Lovely service at restaurant reception and the bar 10/10, ty Arjay. Lose a star, because you have no plant based option for in room dining? The answer was no? 4 phone calls from 4pm -7 pm, to be told no. Had to get uber eats. Breakfast, I asked for plant based margarine ( available in little tubs from Nutelex, Australian owned) and was given margarine with milk in it - NOT plant based. We had to go to Coles to get plant based food and Nutelex. Lose another star, because we requested the room to be cleaned, we called room service twice, eventually a lady arrived at 1450 to clean, she was alone, with no one else helping her.

1. Raining most of the stay but front office provided umbrellas and walking instructions (with shelter) and on one occasion got a taxi within minutes. 2. Breakfast was both vast in choices including glutton intolerance and supported by wander staff willing to get extras for you or that cup of good coffee -
