Great experience, perfectly located for skiing Room was big, spa was nice.

Hotel is some serious health issues, where mold or something caused my breathing issues. Only in the Lobby i would able to be without issues.

We arranged to meet up with family in Meribel for a special birthday but chose to stay in Brides Les Bains. We enjoyed the choice at breakfast and our large room and bed. We spent time in the Spa which we also enjoyed.I felt the dining room was too large and imposing for an evening dinner and would have liked to dine in more intimate surroundings . The food we had at our 1 dinner was good.

Clean, tidy, great cuisine! But service, waiters have no experience, like serving wine, how to serve food, when to clean a table, etc., plus they do not know elemental English! Spa staff do not take care of guests' behavior

Not as good as last year.

I’m a frequent used of Accor hotels. But this time I was staying for pleasure not business. Stay was very pleasant. The staff were attentive and our room was great. Dining room, reception and especially lift and corridors feel soulless and from a bygone era. A bit of modernisation would be welcome here. I have to thank the reception and maintain everything manager who gave exceptional service to me after I got a self induced head injury from packing my rental car. I had already checked out but they were so kind and generous with their time. Thank you.

The bathroom wasn't cleaned properly (hair and toothpaste on the floor). We asked the front desk to send someone to clean but nothing was done. The room was smelly (mold? cigarettes?) The staff was nice though but this hotel is definitely understaffed (front-desk also does the bar). Too bad the spa is extra $$.

The stay was good value for money, our bedroom was nice, the staff were polite and pleasant and the food was of good quality. However, the wifi in the hotel is not fit for purpose and the hotel made an error on our half board booking which meant they were unable / unwilling to feed us on the evening of Christmas Eve which was a huge disappointment on a festive break.

Having stayed at this property before we had reasonable expectations as to the quality and standard of the hotel. Regrettably we were disappointed. The room was well appointed, clean and as expected. However the public areas lacked attention to detail, were not cleaned during our stay and appeared neglected . As examples, on arrival our room was not ready and we were offered tea in the lounge while we waited. So far so good, but 24 hours later the debris from our tea had not been cleared. Similar experience in the Bar where glasses and food debris had not been cleared since the previous opening. At breakfast the staff used a trolley to clear the tables while guests were in the room and scraped the food waste into a container on the trolley. Not a practice expected in a 4 star hotel. As a further example of the lack of attention to detail, we were not offered any Accor Club Benefits despite being Silver members and this being shown on registration form.
