Worked a project at LaGuardia Airport, which is just a few minutes away from the hotel. The room was a very good deal for the money. Be sure to sign up for the free rewards program at the Accor website and book through the website for the best deal.

As an American Airlines pilot, we are offered a discount which we appreciate very much! The problem lies when calling reservations. Not all agents understand which rate we’re used to getting. It often turns into a time consuming ordeal to explain the rate and to finally complete the reservation. Maybe this can be tied to our Accor account somehow? Thank you

This hotel is great for LGA - The room size, simplicity, and friendly staff made my stay an enjoyable one. Just a few notes - the phone number for the hotel was not in service (7…) so I couldn't request the hotel shuttle. Also more options at breakfast and an iron in the room would be of much help. All in all I had a great stay.

It was an excellent stay in all respect except the breakfast where the variety is limited and had exactly same menu in all 4 days I stayed. Room is really big and comfortable enough, staffs are very friendly, had early check in without any question, overall atmosphere was quite.

We arrived super late, just before the kitchen closed. Called ahead to make sure we could grab a bite before bed and the guy at the bar was so friendly. He assured us we could order food even after kitchen hours! We arrived in time to order there and eat. Excellent service and smiling faces all around. The receptionist was also extremely welcoming and very pleasant to speak with.

check in and check out were great. Room smelled horrible. Since we check in so late and checked out so early, we did not ask to move. But left an overall poor impression.

The computer system was giving them trouble, so the check in process took nearly a half hour.. The bed was not that comfortable.. overall it was a budget hotel, but not that much cheaper than the nicer hotels in the area.

I have stayed several times. Early morning coffee needs improvement. Someone should make coffee earlier in the morning.
