The bed and pillows are just amazing wish I could take them home 🤣 staff are lovely really welcoming spar across rd very cheap I found and train station is well there its one stop to the centre of Amsterdam and 1 stop back to airport we will be back the city is amazing

Good quality interior, helpful staff, a bit chilly A/C - if you prefer it warmer inside but I guess it can be amended if discussed with the staff (I haven’t).

Experience was typical. I have not experience any privilege treatment besides of welcome Heineken... no room upgrade or comment about this... no surprise in the room... no fast track at reception. All was ok but nothing more due to my status that should be a status standard.

I'm always happy to return to this quiet and cosy hotel with its helpful staff. The comfortable rooms provide a relaxing night's sleep, with a revitalising hot shower to begin another day. Just across the road is Sloterdijk Station with frequent trains and Metro - very convenient for getting everywhere else.

The room and generally second floor did not smell nice… the carpet needs deep cleaning The duty manager when I checked in was quite brusque
