Everything was perfect! Staff was incredibly helpful and kind! We booked last minute because our hotel was far away from the city center. In booking.com it was mentioned 2.6km but it was 13km in reality. So we decided to change hotel. It was super clean,comfy, big beds, rooms with amazing city view and the area is very quiet and safe. Located next to the train station. Only one stop away from city center. 5 mins distance! We loved it! Thank you guys! Special thanks to Madleen who helped us from the first day!

Perfect atmosphere, a spotless room, efficient location, helpful staff... etc. Everything was excellent. I highly suggest Mercure Amsterdam as a good accommodation for travels, but I was a bit confused about the lift which is shared with other hotel.

Stayed for a night before leaving the Netherlands - great location as it's only a 10-min train ride to airport. Warmly welcomed by staff (particularly Maria!) upon arrival. Smooth check-in and very comfy room. Will recommend :)
