Açıkçası bu tür otellerde bir kaç şey eksik olur . Mesela personel davranışları,oda teknik donanımı filan kötü olur. Ama ibis’te bunlar yok harika bir güler yüz. Empatik ve çözüm odaklı yaklaşım. Ergonomik ve şirin odalar
