Nice place to stay. I booked two rooms, for family for one night. The hotel is New. Staff could br a little bit more trained. Seems like did not know everything.

I really liked the time spent in Adagio Batel. The room is super cosy, nicely decorated, good kitchen appliances. The hotel structure is great, nice laundry room, fitness room and a lounge for leisure. Only thing that could make things even better would be a swimming pool. A positive highlight to the staff which is very friendly and helpful, including the room maids. They are always in a good mood and polite. On my birthday they even left a small brownie in my room, with a birthday candle and a very sweet note. Another positive highlight is the breakfast, it's really really good!!! I will miss it.

Nice option for people looking for a basic hotel. Good location. Housekeeping was poor. Apartment was not cleaned in one of the days, only one had towel for two guests and an acrylic nail found on the couch. Breakfast is simple, but satisfactory.

I really like this hotel. The staff are friendly and the hotel is very nice. The rooms look new and are very clean, the breakfast is excellent. They have hot and cold items and they even have the Brazilian cheesy bread that is very good. The staff make it the best place to stay. They were very nice, especially Gudrian at the front desk.
