Room: Actually, my Room was good but the staff only provide me 1 shower towel. I asked staff twice to give me 1 more towel from the day I cheked in (1st via Tlp and 2nd directly ask to FO), but until I check out, nothing..... Laundry: I used this service and already wrote down in laundry form to folded, first they came with my clothes hanging so I asked to folded as per my form. Breakfast: I think menu can be more variant and leveling up the taste
