As a loyal member for over 15 years, I hold All Accor in high regard. However, during my recent stay, I was surprised to find the absence of hand soap and shampoo in my room. This was quite unexpected and led to some inconvenience. I am hopeful that this feedback will be taken constructively, as I look forward to many more years of pleasant stays.
