Absolutely terrific Hotel on the beach in Nadi. Facilities are really nice. Food is great and the staff are wonderful. Very welcoming and attentive. The car service is on hand for any ventures you want to go on. Difficult palce to beat for service and friendliness

Great stay at Pullman Nadi Bay Resort, buffet breakfast had lot of option from Mediterranean to Continental. Room housekeeping Merewalesi did amazing job, fresh hibiscus flowers daily in the room was great touch to the room. Thanks to all hotel staff always had nice Big Bula smile

We are members of the Accor Group and have not experienced anything like this at another hotel ( nationally ). Rooms not serviced on a regular basis , reception ,concierge ,room service,not existent. KHA RESTAURANT Out of this world Highly recommend .Thai chef , great manager .!! Breakfast was really good and had a great variety. This venue opened in April 2019 , had a lot of defects or incomplete facilities , pools not filled with water , tiles falling off in the pool creating sharp edges , joinery in rooms falling apart ,work men working right next to the Adults pool , making noise whilst doing construction ,hardly relaxing. We went for Christmas get away ,I wouldn't rush back , could not get pool towels .

Just a hiccup during checking in and out. Did an online payment through the Accor app in July for a stay during December. Got confirmations for rooms, however during checking in was told that rooms were not paid, this caused a bit of confusion and a bit of irritation on my part. Would have appreciated I'd the reservations team could have advised me in advance through email or a phone call that online payment didn't process rather then at checkin 5 months later.

Long weekend retreat

Booked for the long Diwali weekend Monday holiday and was upgraded to a pool view room. View was great, only downside is noise of children and daily "Bularobics" (aquarobics). Drinks we felt were expensive, and unlike some destinations we regularly favour the wine pours were not generous to make up for over pricing. Happy hour beers more expensive than we are used to paying full price at other restaurants and hotels (perhaps to sell more cocktails). We dined at Kah, their signature Thai restaurant, and will be back for lunch whether we are staying or not. Would recommend Pullman over some of the other local resorts for freshness being relatively new.

property is new and very good. the hosts need a lot of training to become service minded, plus require product knowledge. attitude and willingness to provide the service should not vary from guest to guest!
