We are members of the Accor Group and have not experienced anything like this at another hotel ( nationally ). Rooms not serviced on a regular basis , reception ,concierge ,room service,not existent. KHA RESTAURANT Out of this world Highly recommend .Thai chef , great manager .!! Breakfast was really good and had a great variety. This venue opened in April 2019 , had a lot of defects or incomplete facilities , pools not filled with water , tiles falling off in the pool creating sharp edges , joinery in rooms falling apart ,work men working right next to the Adults pool , making noise whilst doing construction ,hardly relaxing. We went for Christmas get away ,I wouldn't rush back , could not get pool towels .

While the hotel opened in Apr 2019, the maintenance of the property is not of a high standard. The rooms are fantastic with good views, swimming pool is sufficient and the spa experience was good, the same can't be said for the restaurant and breakfast variety. If you are staying for more than 4 - 5 days, breakfast can get quite boring as it is the same everyday. Bacon, eggs, baked beans, porridge and pancakes (plus local food of curry chicken, rice and stir fried noodle) everyday.

Our initial impressions when arriving at the Pullman was great. The check-in process was seamless and our room was ready when we arrived, around 4.30pm. The porter showed us to our room and delivered our bags. We booked a ground floor pool view executive king room. Aircon in the room was already on which made the room instantly welcoming and relaxing. The room was spacious, clean and very adequate for a 7 night stay. Lets start with the Pro’s: - The staff are absolutely lovely and always happy to assist with any enquiry or request, with a friendly Bula at all times - The rooms are very quiet and always cleaned, and well equipped with powerpoints positioned with ease of access in mind with USB charging built-in - The proximity to Port Denarau is close as is the Nadi International airport (15min drive) - Awesome Grill Restaurant is a 5 min walk outside of the hotel (which is highly recommended) - Size and planning of the Resort makes it easy to access the different amenities the resort offers -2x Water bottles provided everyday -Room housekeeping is efficient -Nice bathroom toiletries (“Pure Fiji” Brand) -Free Wifi is generally fast (make sure you’re an Accor member so you get it for free) Now the Con’s: Amenities -Main pool has tiles missing and side tiles are quite dirty with the metal drain grill already rusting. The other con to this is that the entire pool is only 1 metre deep which after a while is a killer to your knees if you wish to keep the majority of yourself in the actual water.. -The adult pool is quite dirty (which I raised with guest services) and seems the filter system is broken as well. The water was cloudy most days of our stay, also missing tiles and a green scum is noticeable around the internal perimeter -The only 2 adult spas are out of order with missing tiles and resembling dirty ponds -There was also random times where it would appear that locals were accessing the pool, who were not paying guests of the hotel. On one occasion my partner and I witnessed someone exit the pool and then walk straight out of the hotel, past the security at the boom gate with a hotel pool towel across his shoulders Restaurants -Kah Thai Restaurant is the adults only restaurant, but don't be fooled as we were regarding the menu placed at the entrance, the actual menu in the restaurant is much larger. Prices were slightly above what you would pay in Australia, however they offer the following dinner combinations - 1 entree and 1 main $49 AUD or - 1 entree, 1 main and 1 dessert for $57 Flavours and quantity was spot on. -Dan Dan Noodle restaurant is a family Asian noodle restaurant, however it has minimal menu options and annoyingly no description of the menu items. We had significant issues at this restaurant with cold Chicken Bao Buns and Cold Noodle dishes served to us, after raising concerns and returning the food, they forgot to replace the dish! (They did waive a portion of the bill however) Barefoot Grill is your standard Bistro style cuisine, located poolside, with the usual burgers ($23AUD), pizza, chicken and steaks. Prices are mostly on par with what you would expect of a Bistro, the food is ok. Their Happy Hour prices are a bit of a joke though, with local draught beers $8 AUD and Cocktails $15 AUD.. not exactly the 'happiest' of hours.. -Buffet Breakfast at Magiti is standard and nothing too exciting, with your regular hotel breakfast buffet options, apart from catering for their guests from India with a large selection of curries available. They should consider providing different options every 2nd day. Also the “adults only breakfast” at Kah mentioned on the Accor website is not possible as the restaurant is only open from 6pm daily. In addition to this, Magiti is only open for buffet breakfast and not dinner or lunch. The overall dining options at the Hotel are passable at best, but not in any way exciting or enticing enough that you want to return for more and probably explains why the Awesome Grill across the road does a roaring trade with Hotel guests every night with a large menu with a varied selection at very reasonable prices. The other option is Bar 57 which is also a quick 3 min walk on the beach at the Ramada suites - the prices are halved but food is of the same quality, however you get an amazing rooftop view across Nadi Bay. For a hotel resort less then 12 months old, our expectations especially from a Pullman Resort would be that any initial “teething” issues would be addressed, such as: - Barefoot Grill tables and chairs have clear signs of damage - Pool umbrellas are ripped and looking tired - The area around the pool needs to be swept more as it holds water and grime and hair from other people using the pool. - The moat that surrounds the perimeter of the Magiti restaurant is empty which is highly unattractive. We were told by the porter that it is a hazard to children falling in because there is no fence, hence no water, however this could surely have been rectified within the period that the resort has been open? It appears that actions to remedy issues are in “Fijian time” which is frankly not good enough for a brand claiming to be 5 star. I think that the Pullman Nadi Bay is a passable 4 star, but well below a 5. If you want a getaway for a week, visit the Pullman BUT plan for eating outside of the hotel if you want variety

Wonderful and amazing introduction /welcoming and service by the team at reception. The room was clean with super comfortable beds. However, I believe the team at the bar need some training in customer service though. Otherwise, the whole experience was amazing.

Room odour in 510 was really bad, like cigarette smell (in fact kept me awake through the night). Air conditioning was very loud and we were unable to turn down the fan speed. After asking for tolietries to be replaced in my room (as there was only 2 shampoos), staff assured me that this would happen - it didn't. In our children's room next door (511), there was no shower screen and water went everywhere. Very dissatisfied with our stay given its a brand new hotel and the high cost... However, the waitstaff in both the Barefoot cafe and noodle restaurant were lovely and attentive.

We had a great stay and felt very well looked after throughout the tropical cyclone Sarai when it passed Nadi. The staff and management were great and it went above and beyond, during the cyclone in particular. The New Years Eve entertainment at the Kah deck was relaxing and low key, with a great firework display, and it's a short walk up the beach to some more crowded environments if you prefer that. The pool area and furniture was beautiful and we really enjoyed the aqua fitness class in the mornings. Breakfast was good, especially on the days after the cyclone where there was more of the tropical fruit like pawpaw. The day spa also has a great setup and I really enjoyed the massage treatment I had there. The Pure Fiji bathroom products were great too. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Our experience overall was disappointing. We attended the hotel at 3.30pm to check in and were advised that our room wasn’t ready for another hour or two. This was unacceptable and we advised the staff of this and they still insisted there were no rooms available. After we advised that we wanted a refund so we could go somewhere else, they ‘miaculously’ found a room. For a hotel that open in April 2019 it looks run down and up keep has not been maintained. Rooms needed to be thoroughly cleaned as there is already mold on tiles and dust and scratches on the furniture. Service provided at reception and magiti restaurant was also poor as staff are not attentive.

We stayed three nights and at check in we were surprisingly upgraded to a King bed executive suite with private balcony and a lovely view out toward Nadi Bay. I reserved a booking online and we were so excited and looked forward to staying at the new Pullman Nadi Bay Resort. The room was very big and looked clean and tidy until I looked closer and saw old coffee stains on the bench and no dish cloth to wipe the stains. The espresso machine failed to work so we wasted 3 pods. We informed front of house and the new machine was exchange while we were out. So we made coffee only to find the milk frother also didn't work. We gave up at that stage. Now on the first night we ate out with friends and returned to the suite to retire for the night. It was nice to come back and find the suite was turned down with sleepers out, lighting dimmed water bottles replaced etc. But, that's the only time it happened. Likewise, each day the suite was serviced but the towels were not placed in the bathroom one day nor the flannels replaced at all. Breakfast was included as an option which we selected and had no issues with the amount and selection of food provided. However, at check in we were asked for a cash bond of $300 FD to cover accommodation and incidental charges such as room service etc. So we decided to have dinner in the room on our last night which came to about FD $170. We did charge a couple of espressos during breakfast but on check out there was no refund. Overall, there was a few teething issues but the Pullman Nadi Bay Resort is a fantastic place to stay.

Stay was excellent. Staff were friendly and the facilities were in good condition. Only thing that was not as expected was the plant based and vegetarian options for food. I think the menu has to be revisited and plant based and vegetarian options should be increased. I could not attend Kah restaurant because I had kids with me. Otherwise the staff and the chef were very helpful and receptive.

We arrived to find out that our booking was room only, and not including breakfast/Wi-Fi as per the Expedia website, which was not the fault of the resort, but not a great start to our holiday. Along with this, we were sent to the wrong room, so we waited in significant heat for the service team to unpick the lock, to walk into the room and find that someone was actually sleeping in there. When we eventually entered our room, we were greeted with a bottle of champagne, a 'Happy Birthday' note on our bed, which were lovely touches based on information provided by myself before we arrived. The overall presentation of the hotel is good, and the staff are very warm and welcoming, but general maintenance is required to improve the overall appearance of the hotel and make it feel slightly more luxurious i.e. missing tiles in the pool, dirty residue around the pool water level, rust around drains in the pool, dirty/mouldy/ripped sunbed cushions/umbrellas, lack of towel availability around the pool. The restaurant offerings were good, food delivered to and beyond expectations at times. Evening entertainment could be improved, and more varied to provide a better atmosphere in the evenings. There was a cyclone during our stay, and the hotel did it's best to provide up to date information, and the offer of free lunch & dinner, along with survival packs was a lovely touch to us feeling well looked after and well informed. The resort has a lovely family feel and that comes from the staff, our farewell song was really touching and we would happily visit again. Finally, the presence of the Manager and Head of F&B throughout our stay gave us confidence that the hotel, staff and guests were in good hands. It was great to see how hands on the Management team was throughout the cyclone and in general!

Worth to stay and great customer service

Awesome but improve on breakfast listing we were told that breakfast not including were as it was confirm while payment breakfast included after checking then it was allowed to have breakfast which was unprofessional.

The staff were very friendly and always went the extra mile to make my stay that much better. The facilities and room amenities were practical - just everything I needed in a room. Nothing was lacking.

Some communication with my booking at the beginning but many thanks for Mere the lady at the front desk for sorting this out for let. It’s time like this when we show the world what Fiji hospitality is and she nailed it on that day.

- On arrival, room was not cleaned properly (floor was dirty, covered in hair from previous guest etc) and room was missing towels, water bottles, robe and slippers. - Air conditioning did not work properly and TV would switch off automatically when watching. - Had to make multiple telephone calls to reception and personal visits to reception about the above. Staff were friendly and promised to assist, but unfortunately hardly ever came through, even after reminding them numerous times in one day. - Food and drinks were significantly overpriced. - Website states free shuttle to Denarau, but no service actually exists.

Staff were all very nice, however rooms didn't get cleaned until late in the day, food was average and along with drinks were ridiculously over-priced. Will choose elsewhere next time.
