The hotel was very nicely designed but it appears that the building had not had a final thorough cleaning after construction. There were drops of paint/varnish on hallways that led to rooms. The carpets and seating in the lobby were stained. The pool already had mold growing on the grout. The area around the pool also had what appeared to be construction stains leftover on the flooring and the cushions in the cabanas were also stained and dirty. The morning staff in the breakfast area were very courteous and attentive but the evening staff in the Barefoot Restaurant were a bit un-attentive and had to flagged down for continued refills of water or re-order of drinks. The breakfast offering needs to have more fruit and more variety in the American breakfast fare. There needs to be more programmed activities and shows to be able to compete with what most resorts offer. The trip itself was pleasant but I likely will not stay here again due to its distance from other places to eat.

Staff was polite. Breakfast buffet needs improvement - more local fruits needs to be made available such as mangoes, coconuts, bananas etc. Offering canned fruits was distasteful. Charging patrons for a later checkout especially when the hotel is not fully booked nor was the room needed was also unpleasant.

Bed was extremely comfortable and was the perfect place to rest while traveling with my toddler son. We enjoyed the big bath, complimentary movies, breakfast buffet (especially the pancakes), and live fire show. Although we also enjoyed the pool, we found there was not enough shade or kids pool toys/floating equipment, and the pool tiles were very slippery. Also with watching kids at the pool the F&B service could have been better to save me from going into the restaurant.

i didn't feel as if we were second tier guests at your hotel as locals sometimes feel. the staff were always smiling and greeting us and offering to help. it was refreshing and really made the difference aside from the awesome facilities. i think the 6 buffet meals we had over the two days though could have been better particularly the lunch menu

Outstanding stay again. My only concern is the food and beverage staff don’t appear keen or want to honour the Accor Silver privileges for reduce food and drink discounts . It feels like a battle all the time and there appears to be no process in place .

A great place for a relaxing getaway. Staff were amazing, very efficient and helpful as well as friendly. They quickly dealt with people who were smoking and those who took their kids into the adult pool, but without giving offence.

my day at Pullman started with about 1 hr wait until room is cleared for my family to move in. i was impressed with the room set up and the view was breathtaking. Room facilities is of high standard and it worth for a family stay. We really enjoy with my family at our stay in Pullman. Breakfast was so appealing with other mouthwatering dishes displayed for the hotel guest, for lunch and dinner we found it to be a place where it needed the attention and more improvement, for the four meals that's including 2 lunch and 2 dinner chicken curry was the only dish that was consumed by the quest and it was dished in all the four meals, what we expecting was sea food, should these improvement in place my rating for your hotel would have been the highest. Overall my family really enjoy.

It was lovely, could not fault the room and views, pool, food service or price. Not having free wifi compared to other hotels may be a problem when guests are staying for quite a few days. They have also charge my accommodation twice plus a random bill for $71.22 which I am trying to get a refund from the hotel. So we are not very happy with that.

It was wonderful beyond excellent. The most welcome I've ever felt. The staff was super friendly and made me feel part of a family. They literally went the extra mile to make sure all our needs were met. The rooms were clean and beautiful the view breathtaking. The whole stay was beyond wonderful. And very attentive and response time to hrlp or fix in the room was great as well. I loved the resort and left feeling sad as the staff were all so wonderful that I truly felt I was leaving family behind. Every one made sure we were well taken care of. Definitely planning on returning.

Stayed for 2 nights during our Company Event. Hotel is new and clean. Check in process was very smooth compared to the other hotel we used last year. Meeting facilities were good, no complaint about it. The only issue we all have is with the food quality. Hotel needs to improve its food quality as it is not something we would have expected from a hotel at this level.
