Great stay at Pullman Nadi Bay Resort, buffet breakfast had lot of option from Mediterranean to Continental. Room housekeeping Merewalesi did amazing job, fresh hibiscus flowers daily in the room was great touch to the room. Thanks to all hotel staff always had nice Big Bula smile

Good overall, friendly staff, facilities were good though the adults pool was turning green till someone complained. I understand pumps were down due to cyclone and that’s understandable but if pools are being managed manually then staff needed to be more attentive. Hot water would sometimes take a long time to come and sometimes not at all. Lucky weather was hot and I had a bit of sun so a cool shower wasn’t that bad but I couldn’t say the same for my fiancé. Food was a bit expensive and drinks were ridiculously expensive. Adult pool was in average condition with tiles coming away in a few places and cracked sandstone coping due to incorrect material being used. Kelvin was great in his efforts to keep guests happy. Would we come back ? If these few issues were fixed yes we would because we liked the overall resort and location.

We were poorly welcomed as Accor Gold members. We had to request for our welcome drink which was water . We never got wifi access We had nothing to feel welcomed in our room We were poorly given discounts by bar. Attitude of certain staff was very poor

The resort is well layput, however few ideas.. More food options, when you stay for over 4 nights or more you want more choices and food options, maybe some pop up pizza stands, of noodle bars, ice cream stands.. plus chnage the menu more! Pool was very nice`

friendly staffs and relaxing. only i had fish and chips from barefoot restaurant. i love my fish and this was not as good as my last time i had. it was oily and the batter was to thick. please do improve on this. pizza was lovely done.

We are members of the Accor Group and have not experienced anything like this at another hotel ( nationally ). Rooms not serviced on a regular basis , reception ,concierge ,room service,not existent. KHA RESTAURANT Out of this world Highly recommend .Thai chef , great manager .!! Breakfast was really good and had a great variety. This venue opened in April 2019 , had a lot of defects or incomplete facilities , pools not filled with water , tiles falling off in the pool creating sharp edges , joinery in rooms falling apart ,work men working right next to the Adults pool , making noise whilst doing construction ,hardly relaxing. We went for Christmas get away ,I wouldn't rush back , could not get pool towels .

Felt well looked after in a difficult time

We arrived in Fiji just in time for a cyclone. We had no accommodation as we were due to fly to an island. The hotel realized the problem faced by travelers stuck and evacuated and opened more rooms that planned during their soft opening. As a newly opened hotel, it would be the first cyclone the Pullman Nadi Bay had experienced. The staff worked tirelessly to sure up the premises while directing all catering to one restaurant and bar. As people withdrew to their rooms, the staff rationalized the in-room dining to cope with higher requests and distributed a "survival" package of fresh food to all rooms in case we were not able to come out again for a while. As the cyclone receded temporarily, the hotel put on buffet meals in one restaurant for free. Meals were free for several days. I love Fiji and the staff made me love it more. They remained optimistic, helpful and kept everything running smoothly. I would love to return.

My kids loved the pool! Overall, from reception to housekeeping and maintenance, customer experience was great! They were helpful and friendly. Just one thing...the hotel doesn't advertise Accor anywhere so I forgot to use my Accor card at their restaurants. Would've been nice if the wait staff reminded us if we're Accor members. The rooms were lovely and layout of the hotel on the beach was great! Could do with cleanup of the beach though. Was quite dirty!

Good front desk. Poor wait staff and housekeeping services. Delays in receiving service and getting orders. Basic items in room not replenished eg. Towels.
