The hotel is at best three stars. The building has “good bones” but the decorating is beyond terrible. If you stand at the reception desk, you can see 9 different colors of paint and then there is the lousy carpet tiles and the horrendous “art work.” What was CL thinking when the structure of the building is quite lovely?!! Staff was pleasant but every part of the hotel is tired. It is not worthy of Accor.
