First and foremost, it brings us immense joy to read that you and your family have chosen us as your preferred hotel "countless times," and that you consistently find our pool and environment wonderful for relaxation and family enjoyment. We are truly grateful for your longstanding loyalty and trust. However, please accept our most sincere apologies regarding the baby cot that was not delivered as promised. This is not reflective of our usual standards of service and reliability, especially for a valued repeat guest like yourself. We have already addressed this internally with our Housekeeping and Front Office teams to understand the breakdown in communication and to ensure it is not repeated. We deeply regret the inconvenience this caused you and your family during your stay. On a brighter note, we are delighted to hear your kind words for Izzad and Max. We sincerely apologize for the unacceptable quality of the food you experienced in the executive lounge, particularly the temperature of the laksa broth and the mee kolok. This falls far short of the standards we strive to uphold, and we regret the disappointment this caused during your stay.
