Good staycation

Interconnected rooms were very big and clean. The king size bed was very soft and comfortable but the twin single beds were very hard. Gym was extremely big and crowded with users. Swimming pool had a great scenic view. Buffet breakfast with wide spread of selection. Hotel staff were polite and welcoming.

Large Room with beautiful scenery. The location is convenient.

It is the second times within half year we stayed at Pullman Miri Waterfront which is a very good and comfortable hotel. The room is large and the scenery outside the window is beautiful. The breakfast in the hotel is very rich and the entertainment facilities are sufficient. Pullman Miri Waterfront is next to Time Square and old town which is convenient for eating and shopping. However, the hotel also has shortcomings: 1) It should be better if the glass in the room window could be cleaned, the scenery outside would be more picturesque. It is recommended that the hotel staff clean the glass more. 2) The room is large but the working table is small, it made the working space is not enough. There is definitely space in the room to place a larger table. 3) The number of sun loungers by the swimming pool is seriously insufficient. The hotel does not provide sun umbrellas and countertop which can be put the miscellaneous items. Provide more sun loungers with umbrellas and countertop can attract more guests to rest and read under strong sunlight or light rain. It can also boost the business of the swimming pool restaurant. It is very inconvenient if you order a beer or snack at the pool restaurant but no place to put it. 4) There are flies in the breakfast restaurant where salad fruits are placed. Please also pay attention to whether some tableware has been washed. 5) We really like the hotel with wooden floors but can we requested to clean the floors in every 3-4 days?
