My family having a great time at Pullman Miri. Breakfast was fantastic with a great view. Room was exceptional with scenic view and as expected with the hotel reputation.

The staff are helpful. Room is clean and comfort. The only thing is they forgot to put bath towels and shampoo.

Overall, it has been wonderful.. The room was clean and comfortable.. The breakfast was excellent.. The front desk staff was courteous.. My only regret is that none of the hotel staff informed me that I could actually request for packed food for breakfast in case my flight was early in the morning which was the case.. Perhaps next time, this kind of valuable info would be something that the hotel staff especially front desk could disseminate and share with the guests when they check in.. By doing so, guests will be well-informed upfront..

Check in was easy, room was spacious & clean. View from the room was really nice. Location was near recreation park for a short jog during business trip. Local eateries were within walking distance. A variety of selection at breakfast. Check out process was simple as well. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Everything is good. But not the room. Did do the request in my 4 nights stay unfortunately not being entertained. The room that i’d stay is facing the door.

Booked a room wit romance package but without decoration as mentioned in email and pic sent by WhatsApp. Requested for in room dining at 7pm for dinner and 7am for bfast. Both delayed.. food only deliver to us after we chasing for few times.

I came back after 2 years of not being able to travel due to Covid. Sorry to say but hotel maintenance went a bit down. Also you don’t have any cosmetic anymore. Just disposer of shower gel and shampoo under shower. And even this was empty in my room. Breakfast was nice but tea wasn’t tasty.

Good location.. the service was great .. room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom could be a bit cleaner , some black spot on the walls in the shower area . Otherwise the bed was very comfortable, and amenities well maintained.

The hotel management has made a great effort to follow the SOP in this new norm to ensure the guest stay is pleasant. Temperature scanning is done at entry point and all staff wear face mask. All guest is require to wear a plastic glove while dining in the Kitchen. Overall, it is a good hotel to stay in.

Only comment little bit on the evening cocktail food , need to do more standard cocktails food . Also the liquors need to use better quality one specially whiskey and vodka ...live the staffs at bartender Mr Rudy and Ms Catherine their hardworks really appreciate to serve their customers . And cocktails are good by them . Will come back again for sure
