Had a pleasant stay at the hotel. Nothing much to complain except for the provided size of single beds. Wish it was a bit bigger since the room is too big. The TV channels were boring too. Need to add more for kids to watch. The customer service was excellent. The view is fantastic. Overall I like it there.

Hygiene need to be improved

I still see the bathroom is not well-maintained. My previous stay was in August 2023. The mosaic in the toilet, shower area still contained mould which is not up to the standard. Furthermore, the dust of the lamp in the bathroom was not cleaned.

Very good facilities

I stayed for less than 24 hours in MIri but the time was fully spend in Pullman Miri, utilising everything from the gym and pool to attending a function at the Grand Ballroom. Everything exceeded expectations. I will stay again.

good stay

You have good environment and friendly staff. The room's light does not turn on when I first came to the room and few minutes later the staff came and repair it quickly. Overall it is good stay and I would like to recommend to include seafood menu in your room dining menu.
