Best service for ibis style ever… Most friendly staff especially Mr Takuro. He is very friendly and helpful. Hotel room looks a bit old but still clean and good maintenance. Breakfast was very good or may best for ibis style. Overall very satisfying. Treat accor member like family member. Thank you.

We enjoyed the stay in this place. It was clean and has courteous staff. The only thing I recommend is upgrading the rooms, especially the bed head boards. They all look old and very worn down. Then maybe a family rate for breakfast to make is little bit affordable. Great that it is buffet style, however, not everyone in the family like mine eats that much. And to pay full price is not worth it. For a family of 5 paying 1,800 Yen per person is quite pricy.

An ibis beyond the ibis standard. After visited numerous ibis hotels. This ibis Sapporo really amaze me with their hospitality, the nice room and their tasty breakfast. Strategy location with a nice gym room is a plus point. The room size is huge, it is bigger than some mercure /courtyard , their gym is larger than normal ibis hotel. Not to mention their breakfast, they have crab miso soup

Humidifier/ air purifier was a nice touch especially during winter. The fact ibis has aircon was a big plus point when most hotels only have heating during winter. Allows us to set the temperature however we like
