Dear Guest, Thank you for staying with us at ibis Styles Sapporo, and appreciate your taking the time to leave us the feedback about your staying. Thank you for your suggestions about room temperature control. It was really helpful for us. It's cold in winter in Hokkaido, so that at ibis Styles Sapporo, we turn the heating on before our guest arrives in advance. As you pointed out, the room tends to be too dry especially winter season and it may make some people feel uncomfortable. We will pass on and share this with our team as well. Dear Nils W, Thank you for staying with ibis Styles Sapporo. Also, thank you for taking the time to filling out the review. It’s really regrettable that you have had unpleasant experience and inconvenience during your stay with us. I checked this occasion thoroughly after receiving your comments and found that there should be some lack of service. In case of order a pizza, it is usually difficult due to not only hotel policy but also security prevention. We appreciate for your kind understanding that our elevator system is for security prevention from outsiders as we are in the heart of Sapporo. However, we should gave you the other proposal to fulfill the request as in the middle of the situation, such as the pizza shop which has English menu or ask you to come over front desk, help calling in Japanese and settle the payment with pizza shop staff directly etc… As you have stated in your comments in Trip Advisor, that you will never stay nor recommend our hotel to anyone, however if you may find it in your heart to allow us another chance, please give us the opportunity to better serve you in the near future. We would like to share your sincere comment with our team in regards to points you mentioned and we will more make efforts to improve the quality of our service and looking forward to welcoming you back in the near future.
