I was truly impressed by the excellent location near Nakajima Park Station, the delicious breakfast, and the friendly service from the staff. I also deeply appreciate the room upgrade. Unfortunately, I left a personal item behind when I checked out, but the hotel quickly contacted me. Although I couldn’t respond right away because I was in the air, they kindly informed me via email that they would keep it until my next visit. I could really feel the genuine customer service. I would like to commend the Reservation Team, especially Mr. SHIMBO Masashi, for his kind and prompt response regarding the lost item. His helpfulness and excellent customer service truly made a positive impression on me. I definitely look forward to staying at Ibis again in the future.
