Just od the main highway this is a trusted clean place to stay. Restaurant was great. Wonderful food and good service. Checking in was flawless.

While it was only a brief stop on our way to visit family in Canberra my wife and I were pleasently surprised with our meals. We were recommended the steak and we're not disappointed. I'm not a big steak eater but it was amazing. We followed up with desert which was delicious. Friendly staff and great service. Yes we will be back thanks.

Unfortunate breakfast experience, sat down at 7 05am, and ordered approx. 10 mins later. The meal arrived after 45 minutes, and was not as ordered. we had to leave without breakfast with much apologies from kitchen and receptionist staff

was upgraded due to overbooking of the particular room I had booked, Staff were welcoming and friendly.

We used it for a night stopover. Close to the freeway but no noise. Staff lovely and rooms great.

Friendly desk staff, good restaurant with pleasant outlook, soulless room with appalling bedside lighting that you couldn't use to read a book or knit, excellent generous bathroom, featureless landscaping, no gardens or greenery, nowhere to relax outside room, would probably try other accommodation options in Goulburn in the future.

Sadly I found the Goulburn Mercure underwhelming. This isn’t our first stay here & I must say that it’s condition & service has slowly slipped. As a club member I don’t expect to have to ask for our free drink vouchers when checking in. Although room service was offered I tried to phone through to room service & reception over 20 minutes only to find the phones continually engaged. I have up & walked around to reception to place our order. I paid extra for our king bed room to find a bathroom door that wouldn’t properly close & a shower soap dish that at one time had been broken & badly glued back together. The garden beds in our room area were full of rubbish. On the upside the food was good & the bed was very comfortable.

Always very comfortable and great restaurant, this property is our choice when travelling between Merimbula and Sydney. Recently renovated, rooms are big and comfortable. And staff are always friendly and helpful.
