Dear Oleksandr, Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience at the ibis Styles Lviv Center. I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. At ibis Styles we strive to provide a superior service experience for every guest; therefore your feedback is very important to us. Please rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to address the problem and prevent future occurrence. After investigation I can see that indeed you have requested a room with terrace, but unfortunately at the dates you've stayed there was no possibility to provide you such room. In our hotel we book only room category and only attach rooms at the day of arrival. All the Premium rooms are with city view, not every is on the roof tops. I apologize that you have faced with inappropriate staff attitude, we will have conversation about it with staff members.
