we welcomed from the lobby ambassador Sanaa with big smile which made our day also reception was amazing and fast checking in by Salim . everyone in reception and restaurant specially andrew the manager was helpful rooms are specious and clean , hotel is near to everything few meters to Abu Dhabi mall and few steps to bus station and supermarkets.

The hotel has great and honest employees. I threw away a wallet containing more than US$500 of currency in the dust bin by mistake. Akil found it and handed it directly back to the management who gave me a phone call to get it back. So really appreciate Akil and his manager Wasif! It also shows great management of the hotel.

I really enjoyed staying here and Hassan Mushtq was excellent with his service to me especially, serving coffee. May indeed come here again later this year for the Qatar World Cup! Loved staying here with great food and service to see my Champion Chels become Club World Champions and World Cup Winners for 2021 in 2022!

I just wanted to mention that this gentlemen Hassan from the Concierge was so helpful and kind throughout our stay in Abu Dhabi. It was my first time in Abu dhabi with friends and family and he arranged a bus for us to get to Dubai with a very reasonable price. He was amazing at his job and I really recommend you ask for him if you need any transport arrangements to the airport or to and from dubai. Thank you once again, everything was really smooth and i had an amazing time
