The hotel is in a very central location, where you can walk to everything. Staff at check in/out were very pleasant and the room was very clean and modern. The only negative was one minor thing, the fruit juices served at breakfast were diluted down to such a degree that the fresh orange tasted like over diluted cordial, it was a mostly water, other than that breakfast was pretty good.

Conveniently located besides The Merrion Centre. I like the complimentary hot drinks in the lobby (which is only typical in Japan hotels). However, there's no mini fridge in the room, no bathroom amenities and providing paper cups in the bathroom is not environmental friendly. Unable to adjust the aircon temperature (room 224). Housekeeping didn't replenish the tea bag in the room. Check-out time is 12pm, but my room card was disable at 11am! So you don't expect us to go out for a breakfast and then return to room before check-out?

The room is very clean and has everything you need. The breakfast is good with big are looking over the street outside. Excellent service. The location is perfect for shopping and 20 min walk to Leeds University.
