Quick check-in with room available before 3.00pm. Helpful reception staff. On one of the hottest weekends, the Aircon failed. The bedroom didn't have an opening window. The bathroom didn't have a blind. The sun was pouring in and the heat was stifling and totally unbearable. On checkout no real apology, just that we weren't alone and the problem affected others too. No goodwill gesture, no refund, nothing. Some of the staff in the adjoining restaurant/bar were not friendly or even acknowledging.

We completely understand how uncomfortable this must have been. We're also sorry that you did not receive a sincere apology when you raised your concerns at checkout. This is not the standard of service we aim to provide, and we regret that we missed the opportunity to acknowledge your experience appropriately.
