We have stayed here quite often now and the staff are always so helpful and friendly. Some areas could do with being smartened up and refreshed but on the whole it's clean and tidy. One big thing is .... Why do disabled rooms only have double beds? Why not twin? I stay here with my daughter so not a huge issue but I don't think my son would want to share with his disabled mum! (Your not the only company). Staff are nice.

I had an excellent stay at ibis Styles Reading Oxford Road. Despite the awkward aspects of Covid-conditions, the staff did everything they could to make me feel welcomed and comfortable. Every member of the team was cheerful and proactive, especially Esti. The Full English Breakfast, although delivered in a paper bag and for eating in my room, was, nonetheless, delicious and was prepared very quickly.

Good sanitation at entrance. Window of room was wide open on arrival, which needed closing, but I couldn't do it. So I had to go back downstairs to fetch someone to do it. The person on reception said just call us if there are any problems, but there is no phone number of reception on the room key or paper card. This would have been helpful as it would reduce the amount of movements around the hotel if anything is wrong. Breakfast was very basic. Some butter for the toast would have been good, and would not cost too much.

Unfortunately, I cannot currently speak! The Staff were pre-warned on my booking application. They were most friendly, understanding & so helpful with all questions phrased such a nod or a shake of my head was the only answer I needed to give. All social distancing rules were observed with hand sanitiser stations spread around. The 'Full English Breakfast' offered as a Takeaway was a delight. In these difficult times, a big welldone to all & i would not hesitate to stay again.

Kept awake all night by drunk guests next door. Not Accors fault, and Day manaher was sympthatic the nect morning. Absence of phone in the room (and a flat battery in my mobile) stopped me asking for help

The room was acceptable, but he radiator did not respond when the thermostat was adjusted. The bathroom was starting to look a little tired and in need of a refresh. The COVID breakfast was acceptable, but could have been hotter, as some items were look warm.

Cups were dirty in the room, plastic cover on cups in the bathroom was dirty looked like dried coffee and bathroom hadn’t been hoovered. Bed was comfy.

Good place, staff friendly. Very noisy people in room next door clearly having a party all night. Staff sorted out when asked to. Should have staff walking round the corridors to check for this.

We enjoyed our stay and the staff were very helpful throughout. The hotel is ideally located for us. The room was well appointed and kept clean and tidy. Even though Covid restrictions were in place we felt welcome and comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay even though the Covid pandemic had restricted the Hotel's flexibility. The service was excellent and the staff very friendly helping us in any way possible. The location is ideal for our purposes. We had one night when a neighbour was rowdy but the hotel staff dealt with the situation and it was not repeated.

Dirty bathroom in our room (pubes in the bath) Uncomfortable bed Breakfast was just bread and cereal. Location was good but other that’s that staff were crap,room dirty and the breakfast not worth 10p
