The hotel was clearly very quiet due to Covid but we had a good stay. Gluten free breakfast provided with no issues. All areas looked clean and the bed was comfy. Thanks to staff for a pleasant stay.

Rooms was dirty looked like someone had bath soap all left wasn't cleaned dead flys in bath room was overall dirty they moved us to another room was better but still was really clean

I liked that the lady at reception accommodated my three room swaps but other than that I was not impressed by the cleanliness.

I stayed one night as working in the area. Reception staff were helpful and friendly. Room was clean and nice and cool. Also bed comfortable. Pointed out some painting needed in bathroom of room 5. Breakfast was an issue as inflexible. I wanted breakfast that did not have bread and possibly a pot of porridge and two fruits. Was told no.

no house keeping all of my stay

I stayed Monday till Thursday and had no house keeping even thou I reported the problem twice . We stayed half board and the menu had 4 options with 1 being vegan, so we eat out on two nights also the drink included doesn't state soft drink only ? and no coffee was available only in your room. also there wasn't any draft beers at all only bottles beer from the fridge which was limited. overall the food we had was lovely and covid 19 procedures where very good and followed but there should have maybe been a slight change of options for food and house keeping is a must!! .

Enjoyable and Relaxing Stay for One night. Rooms Nice, Tidy and Comfortable with decent bath/shower facilities. The Continental Breakfast was lovely with a variety of fruits and cereals. Had a nice little smoothie and a delightful Croissant too. Only downside was the Evening Meal which was not very substantial for the price and there was a lack of variety. I had a Cheese and Onion Panini which was OK though.

Excellent staff, friendly, polite and seemed to be cheerful. The hotel was clean and in good order. Great breakfast. Our room was on the same level as the service entrance and the delivery of heavy wheeled containers directly outside the window seemed far too early.
