We booked a room from Friday until Saturday, we were told that the room would only be ready at 15:00, but when we got to the hotel at 12:00 the room was already ready. Clean, beautiful, amazing spa, great location

Came gor whole weekend. Was greeted with too much noise due to קבלת שבת which even meant we could not hear the receptionist...or even feel the air conditioning Apart from that...was perfect...just seems to be rather expensive...it is netanya not tel aviv. Also..bad smell of food in lifts...no alcogel to clean hands

We shall be back!

Excellent hotel, I stayed in it before, I was very much looking forward to the spa however unfortunately, the spa no longer worked at five in the afternoon but the hotel manager did above and beyond to compensate me for it. I received a massage as a gift, a room upgrade at a low cost and even a late departure. Thank you very much, I really appreciate it. This is usually my favorite hotel in Netanya. (By the way, I forgot something in the room and the receptionist kept it for me until I came back a few days later, she was really lovely!).

One of the most ideal hotels I have been! Everything is perfect! Everywhere is cleanliness and comfort, including public areas and parking. I have not found a single flaw. Very pleasant atmosphere with correct illumination and lots of details and decorations. Friendly and courteous staff and room service. We booked an executive room with a balcony and amazing sea views. Breakfast was delivered to us on the table with champagne right into the room, with completely clean dishes and very tasty food. The king size bed is very comfortable. I also liked the huge bath towels. We left with amazing experience from our stay at the unforgettable David Tower Hotel Netanya - MGallery!

Netanya is a delightful holiday resort, with a wide range of hotels. The David Tower is a small hotel, despite being in a huge tower building, with high standards of comfort and convenience. The price is surprisingly good value and the location is just superb. It is close to Independence Square, one of Netanya's social hubs, as well as the beach. The free underground parking is a great extra.

We received an upgrade from "Premium" to "Executive" (with free soft drinks). But the Minibar has never filled up. Just on request an "annoyed" hotel guy put some "Zero Sugar" drinks in the bar, we don't like at all. In this case, I would prefer to stay in the original booked "Premium" room and have a refilled bar every day (and I would be even happy to pay for it). The day before our leave, there was "suddenly" a chocolate bar on the pillow (maybe for tip reason?). But the best is the "Free Drink Voucher" for gold member. There are some usual remarks on it (not for Cocktails, spirits, etc.) So I ask the barkeeper if we can order a wine. He stated YES ! After choosing a wine from the Menu, we have been told: Sorry, only the "House Wine" can be ordered. That never happened to me before and is absolute ridiculous for such a "high level" hotel. Anyway we put the voucher into dust bin and went to the bar next door. PS: At Pullman Paris Airport we were even able to order a Cocktail with their voucher ! Finally we were told that in our rate "breakfast" is not included. If we like breakfast it costs 30 Euros p/P (60 total per day !!!!!!!!). After checking my booking (already made 6 month ago) and complaint, the Hotel manager said "Oh yes, you are right" Summary: Completely disappointing !

This is not a Sofitel quality standard. It's a pity! Totally unfair that the hotel has such high ratings.I may have had higher expectations for this hotel. Very small spa, very strange location, insufficient number of parking spaces, a strange attitude to the work of the staff.
