Staff was super friendly and accommodating, the room was perfect. The tv remote wasn’t working, though

Spacious and modern. A very comfortable stay.

The two hottest days of the year so far were very comfortable in this well located hotel. Breakfast was great and being able to visit Paco de Lucia's grave so easily was a bonus. Loved La Playa del Rinconcillo, but we understand why others might not. Plaza Alta is a good place to visit.

nice hotel, but two thinks: walking in a high isnt for everyone and gym could use some upgrade (floor and hygiene)

Good location, Nice apartment.

Well appointed apartment with secure underground parking.

Horrible parking, rude staff, creepy unlit halls, and windows that don't lock properly.

The staff was extremely rude once they realized English was my primary language. The park situation is a nightmare cause you have to wait for a member of staff to let you in to get your car out, which caused me to miss my ferry. The parking garage felt unsafe being unable to access my vehicle on a whim and it is not well lit. The elevators are very small, and the hallways that lead to your rooms are dirty and not well lit. I didn't feel safe. The one window in my room did not lock properly either. There's no safe in the room, and you can't control the climate in the room so I had to sleep with the window open anyway. I ended up checking out a day early and went to the Holiday Inn in Gibraltar which was amazing.
