I stayed there for a couple of months. It did work really well. Especially I liked the kitchen in the rooms. I was able to make my own meals, which is really good in Covid times. The crew was really helpful with whatever I asked. They allow pets in this hotel, which is essential to me. It was easy to walk the dog near the hotel, since it is near a park, and the beach.

The receptionist forgot to give me me voucher drink i had to say him to give it to me. Unprofessianal personel the bar man acting he never saw the voucher. hotel is very dirty . rooms was clean and big with nice vieuw.

I am an Accor fan and unfortunately my last experience was very disappointed. Due to the COVID situation, hotel was not fully occupied and I kindly asked to do a early checking at 12am (which usually it is checkin time in most Accor hotels around the world), however the front desk agent, did not accepted that.. saying checkin would only be available by 2pm. So, I asked to leave my luggage in the hotel, as I was going to have lunch in the city, which was also denied by the hotel. Next day, breakfast was horrible. Basically, they have served bread, butter and a sort of cake with coffee (no fruits, cheese, ham, yogurt, juice), I mean, I have been in several hotels around the world and this was the worst breakfast I have even had. I have mentioned to the front desk agent on my checkout and she basically ignored me, saying if I was not happy, i should send an email to the hotel manager. That´s not what I would expect from Accor / Mercure. Hopefully, someone can see my comments and escalate this case. Minimum what I would expect was a discount in the amount I paid for the breakfast, which she has denied.

The staff were helpful, the rooms were comfortable. We booked a room with a kitchen but supplies were limited. Would have been nice to have a sharp knife and a board, washing up liquid and a tea towel.

Food at the restaurant was not good. Also, I have the impression I was served what it was easier for the waitress to prepare and not what I wanted to eat. The couple of options I requested were not available. Breakfast compare to other restaurants was really poor. I choose to spend my second night in town at a different hotel.

The size of the room was perfect and the state of cleanliness (of the room) was decent, other than that it was a hotel to completely write off the map. The rooms are completely impersonal, white walls with no decoration, the bathroom is tiny and with no air circulation, the kitchenette is a disaster (freezer door stcuk open, cabinet badly fitted...). But the worst experience came with breakfast: the breakfast area is tiny, the floors are dirty and sticky, the choice of food and drink is non-existant (even the coffee machine was broken and the yogurt fridge was unplugged). The chairs and tables were filthy (not only from previus guests, but from lack of cleaning over a long period of time). Finally, the reception area is dark and unwelcoming and mosly unsfatted (and we arrived at 6 pm). The only reason why i booked this hotel is that it was part of the Mercure family of hotels, I won't be making that mistake again in the future!

Hotel staff was helpful, the parking garage was a tight fit for our medium size car. The room was very dirty, beds were worn and breakfast was very small. We would avoid staying at this hotel if possible. Even the bathroom had a light switch that sounds like it was shifting out and only worked on occasion.

Everything was fantastic. Great staff. Nice reception. Please do hand over my special thanks to the lady at the reception at the time of checking in plus big compliments to the cleaning staff. They did a great job and did it beyond expectations. For example, I found my T shirts folded which I had just left around in the bed.

The room was clean and quite spacious. There was a separate area for wardrobe and storing your luggage. The staff was helpful and cheerful. The breakfast was quite good. Unfortunately, the air-conditioning of my room was out of order. It worked for around 20 to 30 minutes then stopped working. I turned it on again but it stopped working again. Then I reported to the front desk. The staff offered me another room. At that time, I had unpacked my stuff and did not want to do the packing and unpacking again. The staff marked the case on the logbook and said it would be fixed the following day when I went out. Luckily, the temperature was lowered at night. It was not hot when I opened the window at night. The following morning, I found a part of the mirror lights was not functioning as well. Therefore, I reported to the front desk and reminded the staff that the problem of the air conditioning. The staff said they would fix both the problems that day. However, when I came back, I found that the mirror light was fixed but the air-conditioning was still not working properly. I reported to the front desk again and she apologised to me and wrote it on the logbook again. Unfortunately, when I came back on the night before I check out, the air-conditioning was still not working and I was told that it was because they did not have parts for repairing. The staff said she could offer me another room but I refused it as I didn't want to change to another room at the last night I stayed in the hotel. Anyway, it is still worth to stay in this hotel.

From the elevator to the room was dirty . The night I wanted to eat in I was told that the restaurant was booked. I was given the option to eat in my room. This is unacceptable since I was told at the time of booking the room that it has a restaurant. The morning breakfast; the only good thing was the coffee. I ate breakfast outside the restaurant

My own towel disapers

Someone take my own towel that was inside my room. I complied with the hotel but they dont give me a answer, just told me "we will delivery your towel to you, it take two days to back from lavanderie". Soon will be 1 month and they didnt give me towel or give me a explanation.

Room was clean and big, the staff were very friendly and helpful within the hotel, but showed no knowledge outside the hotel. The FnB service staff was nice, and tried hard even though she spoke no English, we had no order issues. The food quality is a not good enough, very basic quality. The lobby/restaurant needs some music as it has no atmosphere. The bidet in the room blocks access to the shower and makes difficult/dangerous getting in and out of the shower.
