Extremely well located next to main square and within 10 minutes walk of all attractions. Room is perfectly fine and clean. Didn’t have breakfast as flight was too early., but the reception staff packed us a sandwich , fruit and water, an expected piece of great service. Highly recommend.

В номере было спокойно, уютно, чисто и тепло. Единственным минусом было отсутствие холодильника. Приятно удивило время когда ресторан был открыт для завтрака (в выходные дни до 11.00) Это большая редкость и очень удобно, что на выходных можно высыпаться. Завтрак очень разнообразный, с большим выбором. Все свежо и вкусно. Персонал вежливый и приветливый.

The hotel was nice and in a good walking location to the main city attractions. The lady named Shejnure at the front desk went out of her way to make us feel welcome. She helped us coordinate a good driver to do a tour in Kosovo. She also promptly made us fresh juice that we bought. She just did so much with a smile on her face. She sets a high bar for Eastern European service. Thank you Shejnure!
