I should have picked a different room, one that wasn't turned to the street (parking lot was a better option I guess), but thats's on me? Wi-fi excellent, breakfast excellent, I love the shower, the room was cozy and the beach very close. The price so far has been fair. The employees were very amicable.

Experience was great, easy check-in. Breakfast has various things to take. Needed adapter to charge the laptop and we manage to borrow from the reception desk. Great service!

The hotel was non smoker building but needed change room because of too much smell of cigarette in the room , also , there were no fan in the bath and neither in a toilet , was uncomfortable to stay two people in a room. In general the hotel staffs are very friendly.

Hi! I’m Platinum loyalty which suppose to give me some benefits as a frequent guest at Ibis hotels. I’ve been guested twice in this hotel, but in the first one it was rough to take those advantages which are worth to Platinum customer and, at this second one, they just don’t comply with them. Being a Platinum loyalty guest is really an advantage or this just allow me some courtesies when available?

At checkin reception desk attendant didn't offer welcome drink and there was not a special line to check in Accor cardholder members...

I loved the ambiance of the hotel and its proximity to Guaruja beaches, also breakfast was extremely good and wide selection. However, hotel staff could not issue the hotel invoice to the company name and address I requested and the lady there at check-out was not even helpful and kind enough offering further assistance. She suggested we could wait for the manager, but could not tell the time he would arrive. So we we left with an invoice where company name and address was manually strike through-ed, and I just can hope my company will be willing to pay me. Additionally, as I was there on company, I could not use my Le Accor Hotel membership to collect points for my stay.
