We stayed here for a night, Thank god. But that night we stayed there it was horribla. You couldnt flash the toilet, it was dirty, the cops was used everything was just bad. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone

Cold, small room with very noisy heating, which needed to be on because of the room temperature. Soft bed with hard pillows. No mention of complementary drink or room up grade which should come with Gold Status!

This hotel will nickle and dime you. The do not disturb sign wasn't acknowledged. I had to park behind the hotel, on the grass, in a suspect neighborhood and was charged. Diamond members do not eat free on the weekend here. The room wall chargers did not work. In order to charge my laptop or cell phone I had to unplug the light. When I question the Diamond member free weekend breakfast I was given free drink vouchers. Which I was told I was supposed to get at check in. They turned off our room keys after check in even though it was paid up for the weekend. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Unless you want to hide from the Law

The grassy parking area falls within the private grounds (and hence chargeable) of the hotel which is secured by a 6 feet high fence. I am not sure if you were were able to see this from your parking location. I would be grateful if you provide us with the room number which you stayed so that I can personally investigate the issues. We indeed allow free breakfast for Diamond members as long as the booking has been received from direct channel. First time here and although was given an upgraded room it turned out to be an adapted disabled person room which had handrails around the toilet and a normal bath!!!!! The bathroom was not as clean as it could be with hair on the floor and power outlets were not best placed for work as there was no desk as such.

This hotel is poorly maintened, old and in a crappy zone. It is far from the airport, and it will cost you arround 40 GBP for your transfers with Uber, as there is NO shuttle service provided. Very long wait at the restaurant (even the food was good). The bath does not work, the management as probably stuck the bathtub stopper not for the client to use the facility. Tap broken, AC noisy. This hotel does not deserve its 4 stars neither to belong to Accor group anymore.
