Hotel room is not clean, stained bathroom, Stained carpet,dated deco. The location is distance away from the airport. The location I felt unsafe not recommended ! A big mistake from my self to booked this Hotel. I felt very let down by ACCOR LIVE LIMITLESS GROUP. Never again.

Stay was spoilt by a very uncomfortable bed, the mattress urgently needs replacing. Also I was at the back of the hotel on the second floor and there was some type of extractor fan constantly humming all night which did not help. On the positive the bar staff were friendly and helpful. When I mentioned the bad night sleep at check the lady on duty giggled at me and said oh well never mind.

Hotel not answering to emails, receipt not given at front desk and refund of 50 Gbp not received yet. Contact the hotel by email and no answer from their side, very disappointing. Most likely is the worst experience with Accor hotel.

Travelling from Heathrow on an early morning may be as hassle ,a stay in the Mercure hotels was for me a great altternative and worh its money completely . Rooms aart spacious and sound proof and the restaurant offered some great food

The room was too warm & stuffy; altering the thermostat made no difference. Noise from the room above kept waking me. The meal was a disaster. Both reasonable draft beers were "OFF"; none of the 4 choices of pizzas was available. The fish & chips were another disaster; french fries instead of chunky chips, half cold overcooked semi-cold peas instead of minty peas; the cod was totally insipid. Complain to the waiter - he did not understand english. Reception: "Oh sorry, can I have your card ..... The worst hotel meal I can remember & about the worst hotel stay.

The handle on my suitcase broke as it was loaded into the taxi upon leaving my home; I asked the Night manager for advice and he took it away to repair it. The case survived 4 flights and my homeward journey and is as good as new.

Great hotel in a quite location, good access to LHR airport with shuttle bus and M4, this hotel is not suited to shopping trips, good breakfast and bar,good parking but the car park can get busy later in the evening

no prioriy check in avalable, receptionist was busy checking in a group, waited almost half an hour in the queue. When I told the receptionist to turn off the priority check in sign if priority check in is unavailable, I was only told to go back in line and wait... absolutely nothing at this stay was done to recognize my platinum status.

Far too much noise from hotel staff at 7.30 AM on both mornings; no consideration at all for guests. Ruined my stay. Also check-out was a negative experience, with the person unable to locate my full stay details and had a very poor level of spoken English (I am not a xenophobe, that is how it was).

Therefore, if you had informed us of the disturbance you had faced on the first morning then we would have taken steps to stop the activity preventing further aggravation faced by you. Room size is fine but looks rundown especially bathroom. No free upgrade room for platinum member. receptionist mentioned that hotel is fully booked but it seems not so many guess come in. Room door can't close properly, must checking twice

I frequently stay at the hotel when working in the local area; it is conveniently located for Heathrow and Brunel University London. I have always found the staff welcoming and helpful. Reception staff provide excellent customer service, specifically Marika and Nicholas. Rooms can vary in quality but overall the hotel provides decent value for money.

The hotel was reasonable value for money and is in a convenient location. The lounge, bar and dining areas were all excellent but our bedroom was in need of refurbishment. I believe that the hotel was only recently acquired by Mercure and some investment is needed.

A clean and tidy hotel. Good food at a reasonable price. Ideal for the required purpose which was an early flight from Heathrow Airport. The rooms were of the standard you would expect from Mercure. Would definitely stay again

Overnight stay after our flight back from China.

Due to a lengthy plane diversion, we were 6 hours later than anticipated, arriving at he hotel around midnight. The checking in process went very smoothly and they even kept the bar open to make sure we could have a drink. We were somewhat cold during the night, but after a call down to reception, blankets were brought up to the room within minutes, after which we enjoyed a good night's sleep. Breakfast next morning was excellent.

I booked 2 rooms, one for my in-laws and one for my wife and the Kids and I joined them for dinner. Check-in was excellent the guy who did the deed was very helpful noting that father-in-law was disabled and found appropriate room and wife's room was double three doors down. Restaurant was excellent, setting up a Table for 7 people and then serving excellent food that everyone was pleased to eat.

Bad experience

The room was small. In the tap there was no hot water, in general there was a problem with water it was running really slowly. There was noisy outside the room. There was a problem to getting an invoice, they changed a system so they promise to send it via email that. They didn't. Next day I called them somebody promised me to call back. He didn't. The following day I called they asked me to call an other day. The worst service ever.

Heating that didn’t work

I had a two night stay in the hotel and as a gold card member had an upgraded room. The heating in the room didn’t work. The first night I slept in the dressing gown as the room was so cold. On leaving for work the following morning I let reception know (05:30 am) and they said they would look at it. That afternoon I hoped to come back to a warm room, however nothing had been done. I phoned reception and they said they would send up maintenance, after 25 mins of nothing happening i phoned again. A lady from reception came up and said it was not working and she would send up someone from maintenance, nobody came. Another cold night and sleeping in the dressing gown. Very poor service.

good location but had to pay for parking. Cold room and air con not working, more than one hour to get anything done, and then provided with small mobile radiator, and no apology. Difficulty understanding some staff as they didn't speak very good English.

They claim new mattresses however in 2 rooms the beds were horrific. Rude and unprofessional staff. In fact there is no staff. The manager agreed with my feed back. No room service for drinks or food when I asked them as I arrived

My sister and I are Silver Status Accor Hotel Members(This includes room upgrade, priority check in, either late or early check out automatically applied and a few other things) Would certainly recommend joining the scheme. Sadly not every hotel is run the same way. We assumed as the hotel is convenient for people flying out of London they would have their services in order. Parking is £10 no discount for 24 hrs. Upon arrival we were upgraded a room but the rooms are incredibly small, Bed was unacceptable it had been 'USED' too much squeaking each movement and just not what you would expect. (We stayed in MECURE SHEFFIELD Dec 18 and reviewed them 10/10 for everything such a luxurious comfortable hotel.) Very noisy you hear people simply walking past. It did have a very cosy feel once rested. What really let us down was the customer service. We were questioned twice about the late check out we are entitled to, it should show up on the system. HUGE ISSUE with the showers, Firstly, if you do not know there is a fuse switch outside the bathroom to turn on hot water, no clear sign. Then for 30 mins I was trying to regulate the shower heat. either freezing cold or boiling hot. We called reception to discuss he problem, they offered a maintenance man to come up however i was not dressed and wet having tried for over 30 mins to sort this. We asked the CLUSTER GM Vijay Bhandari for an extra 30 minutes just to be on the safe side as we had these issues going on. He advised us we should pay for an extra hour. Sorry... you are meant to accommodate your guests not leave them distressed. My sister had to go and speak in person, and came back up concerned that the service she received was really poor. He was more concerned about selling the room, our regular stay Thurrock IBIS allows late check out until 5PM and still sell the room that day as cleaners are on site. I mean we stay in Accor Hotels all over England regularly. This place will never see us again. Very Poor. Some places you are blown away but the atmosphere and customer service and can tell the service is being run efficiently and staff are happy. You can feel the energy and this Mecure I would not recommend. Personally not worth more than £40 a night.
