バス停すぐで地下鉄駅までも10分程度。海雲台の市場もすぐで食べる遊ぶには最高の立地でした。 私の部屋からは海は見えませんがそれは特に問題ないです。 悪い点は、フロントの方が英語か韓国語しか通じない事。私は少し韓国語を勉強しているので理解できましたが、日本人は英語もわからない方が多いので韓国語のわからない日本人は困ると思います。 あと部屋が狭くてスーツ２つを広げると歩くのが大変だった。なぜかトイレがタバコ臭かったです。 シャンプー、リンスのアメニティーが簡単な物しかなかった事が不満です。 部屋も清潔で、水圧も充分でそこはよかったです。また利用したいと思うホテルでした。

The walls in this hotel must be paper thin. I stayed for two nights, constantly woken up from people opening doors, going to the bathroom, talking etc. Also, the room got hot overnight and I couldn’t bring the temperature down on the A/C… Plus sides are: the beds are comfortable and the room was spacious, plus the hotel had a coin laundry which was super useful for me. The sauna is still closed at time of writing. It’s an affordable hotel in a convenient location, so I guess it depends what you’re looking for.

Exceptional location if focused on Haeundae Beach, Busan local market, and having options. Close to everything - steps to beach & water front eating, 20th floor gym, low cost self-serve laundromat, McDonalds & 24hr Emart, and walk to nearly everything. Because of Covid impact - it's apparent on limits on staff and resources. Be kind and just ask if anything needs sorting. Staff came thru to make up - super appreciative. Stayed here for several times spanning more than 2 years. Value assessment is based on location, proximity to beach, room standards and overall potential. Not fully operational due to Covid - no restaurants, no room service, no roof deck bar, limited exercise room. Room is cozy but practical. Front desk is accommodating and bonus is self-paid laundry room. Due to lessened demand due to Covid, pro-tip is to request for near ocean view - room numbers ending with 14 and higher. Lastly, linens and towels were very clean but appears budgeting may have impacted thorough inspection process - some towels showed excess wear (fraying and loose fiber) including the linens for beds. Beds are very good for price and more Western standards.
