10 nights, two rooms. We did not get the automatic upgrade to a larger room that is due to gold and platinum members; entire front desk team helpful except one male individual; lack of manager on-site is a major defect; cigarette smoke came into our bathroom and room from another room. This hotel is not up to the Accor standard. I will not stay there next time we are in Busan.

The rooms are clean and managed the brand name well. The aircon was not working suddenly and technician told some problem and requested to change the room. But , we requested to sleep on other room but without transferring the carry on items but it was rejected not sure if he understood well. Anyways no major complaint.

My husband and i stayed 1 night on 3rd to 4th Dec at #1412. I realized that i forgot to bring my Hermes Necklace on the room table next to closet and i called the front dest. It was about 9 PM on 4th Dec and already about after more than eight hours. The woman employee I talked to on the phone (I think she is the manager) have tried to help us and I really appreciate it to her. She said the cleaning lady found a necklace chain on the bathroom floor and there was no H pendent. And there were already another guests at the room so there were going to check today again. I called the hotel today and Sangmin K. at the front desk talked with me over the phone and HE WAS extremely impolite. He talked rough, used vulgar language, only talked short answer. Of course leaving my precious necklace is my fault but He seemed like he didn't want to help us because the way he talks to me, it was obnoxious and i never experienced ever. I talked to him you are very rude and i want to know his name .After a moment’s indecision, he said his name. He is The most obnoxious employee I've ever met and he has to know his rude behavior damaged Accor's reputation. I'm still not sure why my necklace chain was on the bathroom floor without H pendant and they are Still on going to find out my necklace pendent this afternoon during the room cleaning today. I'm sure the pendent will be in the room unless someone take the pendent.
