Location, amenities, ambiance are good but needs a lot of improvement in service. Same goes with restaurant as the food menu is good and well thought of combinations but service is not at all meeting expectations in this category of hotel.

The room was not clean and the guest service was very bad. Even the pillows were dirty. The food was just average. The call to the guest service were not being attended. Never will i return to this property. It was a complete let down.

Very Bad Experience

We stayed in room 514. The room was so dark even with the lights on i felt claustrophobic. We stepped into the room and noticed that the pillows were dirty and Chaise Lounger in the room had stains and these things were a huge put off. There was no proper response from the guest service. When ever we called the gust service from the room to get something no one answered and we had to call twice before some one answered. This is the last time i will be staying in this property nor will i recommend it to anyone.

My Stay at Novotel Chennai Chamiers was not that great. The kettle in the room was not clean, the bathroom slide was not working properly, the food was not good at all. For the room service i had to call 4 times.

close to all areas/staff are great from front office to dinning area to housekeeping. Don't have to wait for anything. Parking is limited for out side vehicles but very accommodative to keep the vehicle inside the compound. Definitely will stay again out side view is limited but wont bother

I was warmly greeted by hotel staff when I arrived. Check-in was quick. The room was quiet and well furnished. The hotel was close to restaurants and subway station. Of course auto and cabs are plenty. I like the breakfast - a mix of Indian and Western cuisines.
