I stayed in a privilege room for a week. Everything was very clean and the soft drinks were refilled every day, which I appreciated. There was a large choice of breakfast items, and a waffle making machine if you wanted waffles. I arrived before actual check-in time but reception were happy to give me my room key straight away. I mentioned that I would be leaving before breakfast one morning due to a trip outside of Kraków and reception (Anita, who was professional and kind) immediately arranged for me to have a packed breakfast for that morning which contained two sandwiches, fruit, a yoghurt, water, a snack bar, and a large bagel! Reception (Pawel, efficient and very polite) found my suitcase really quickly, even though reception was very busy and there were many suitcases being held. Thank you, all, for giving me a safe and comfortable place to stay while I was exploring your beautiful city.

Stayed 2 nights at Mercure Stare Miasto for business. Ideally situated across the trian station and walking distance to the square. No tourist group that week, maybe due to Thanks Giving, so no waiting time at the elevators in the morning.
