disappointing stay

unfortunately, we been disappointed when we checked in at room #1116 where my wife found it very dirty and food was not cleaned under the sofas and the bath room was not cleaned as well. this situation left very bad impression with my family and they refused to continue their stay at the hotel. i remained alone in the room and after 3 night i moved to room 421 and i noticed i forget to take my personal Pillows and called the housekeeping and the reception several time for 2 days since i was unable to sleep in different Pillows !! I was planning to extend my stay but finally i preferred to checkout.

Shame on Accor to have this hotel level in there program

The hotel is less than acceptable for several reasons, 1- The smell of fermented garbage that fills the corridor between the Ibis Hotel and the Odagio Hotel all day long. 2- Parking lots filled with dirt and spilled coffee, paper cups and water bottles left in many places in the parking lots. 3- When I entered the room I was shocked by the dirty floor, children shoe marks in the bathroom. 4- The fire extinguisher fills a part of the kitchen floor with liquids because there is a defect in it, and this is dangerous. 5_ The unbearable smell of the two bathrooms throughout the stay. 6- I called the hotel room cleaning service to clean the room, and the supervisor came with the cleaning worker, and I was surprised that the worker cleaned the floor of the room with the same mop he cleaned the bathroom with it and under the supervision of his manager!! 7_ The walls of the bathroom and the toilet of the bathroom are an incredible thing of dirt that I loath to describe. 8- The room has a kitchen and there are no cooking utensils, plates, cups, forks, spoons and knives, only two cups in two different shapes and a kettle of water. 9- Sleeping pillows measure baby pillows with height, it's uncomfortable

I was very late checking in (3am) but the guy on the desk was pretty good for it being the middle of the night. Not much information given but I just wanted to get to bed. The room was pretty good though a very bad smell in the bathroom - reported but not sure if anything was done. Breakfast is good value.

In general the stay was good - friendly staff - i faced some delay in check in - no designated counter for platinum members . It was a busy hotel - formula one week - breakfast timing was packed but it was well organized and the food was good . My room was big and clean - only the carpet in the corridors need deep cleaning .

Everything was perfect except room service. The front desk was so welcoming, room clean and spacious and the staff were helpful. The food ordered from the room service was much lower than our expectations. We got different order since the requested sandwich was not available! And had to pay for it!

Furniture is new, rooms size is very good, all our requests were welcomed and accommodated. Breakfast was decent. The only negative experience was the room service, food was not tasty and expensive.

Good location, spacious room, While check in I asked if there’s bathrobe, the answer was no which is fine but he said no worries will send you now and nothing happened. The second wanted to use my welcome drink for coffee as I was checking out and my room was bed only, the staff were lost and didn’t guid me properly how to use it and they ignored my request. Water kettle wasn’t working in my room. Sure I will come again, I liked the hotel despite the 2 small incidents.

Why do the hotel requires a deposit if I am a gold member? When I am dining or ordering a service they ask for cash and don't accept to credit the amount towards the room bill at checkout...? Otherwise no problems 😊 and luckily this time didn't block the key or turn off the air-conditioning..👍🌷
