The hotel is under going a full refurbishment which was not advised at time of booking the front of the building was covered and a side entrance used for entry. The reception desk squeezed into the bar area and the front area of the lobby closed of which I assume would have been a nice lounge area. My room was nicely decorated but not refurbished yet I don’t particularly like the separate bathroom idea that Accor often have which has the sink in the bedroom but it was fine for this solo trip. The room was very hot at 24 degrees the air conditioning did not work but luckily I could open the window and as my room was at the back there was no Road noise. Breakfast was good plenty of choice but the atrium area where breakfast was served again surrounded by tarpaulin’s with building work going on.

Regarding the latter, please know that in future stays, you are always welcome to reach out to our reception team — they can provide assistance and even alternative network options if needed to ensure a better connection. As for the spa, we understand how its unavailability may have affected your plans, and we truly regret the timing of the communication. We are making every effort to notify guests of such updates as soon as information becomes available. We enjoyed our stay here. Rooms were clean, comfortable and warm when it was quite cold outside and the staff were always polite and helpful. As a vegan the breakfast could be labelled better - I had no idea what products were suitable or not. Would have preferred it if the outside wasn't covered in netting.

The hotel was under big refection, our room was isolated near workers, fire alarm ring etc. And we paid an excessive price for all of this.

Wir waren zuerst im Zimmer im Dritten Stock allerdings hatten wir silberfische im Zimmer. 2 im Bad und dann haben wir auch noch welche im Schlafzimmer gefunden und wollten nicht im Zimmer bleiben. Demnach haben wir mit der Rezeption gesprochen. Der Herr war sehr fürsorglich und hat uns auch ohne Probleme ein neues Zimmer im 4. Stock gegeben. Schade daran war nur, dass es kleiner war als das erste Zimmer, dass unseren Aufenthalt etwas geschmälert hat. Man hatte kaum Platz 2 große Koffer im Zimmer aufzuklappen. Auch sind wir kein Fan der offenen Bad Situation. Wenn jemand aufs Klo muss und anschließend Hände wäscht während der andere schon schläft, wird dieser immer wach. Aber das ist eher nebensächlich. Wir hätten uns gewünscht, aufgrund den Umständen der Silberfische, dass wir wenigstens ein gleich großes Zimmer bekämen, und durch den Vorfall mussten wir Abstriche machen im neuen Zimmer. Aber generell möchte ich nochmal betonen dass wir sehr begeistert waren wie problemlos der Zimmertausch ablief. Kleine Kritik noch: Es war nicht ersichtlich, dass das ganze Hotel umgebaut wird bei der Buchung. Es wurde uns nur mitgeteilt dass der SPA Bereich geschlossen ist - allerdings erst nach Buchungsabschluss. Solche Informationen hätte ich gerne ersichtlich bei der Buchung.

We had a good experience with the hotel, the rooms and the staff allthough I never knew about the hotel renovation. The spa wasn’t avaliable at this hotel atm, but they offered it at a different hotel. The breakfast was really satisfying :o)
