Firstly we got a room, that has not been cleaned. The hotel was far from capacity and to manage to get into a dirty room was pretty bad. The room we have been given after needed a lot of attention. The carpet was pretty dirty and full of stains. 2 double beds with old, spring mattresses were very uncomfortable. When I book a room for 3 people, I expect to have 3 items of each, towel, pool towel, glasses. Non of these were provided. Dining area was freezing cold and uncomfortable. Food was fine, but nothing out of the ordinary. Price for alcohol was quite cheap considering where it is. I will not recommend this hotel to my clients.

It was mosquitoes outside and obviously gets inside when we open the door. I know that this is not your fault, but it is good to atleast keeping mosquitoe repellent devices as a courtesy so that some measures are taken.
