We had a bad experience, we booked 3 rooms for 2 nights. this was the first time during my hotel reservation through a third party application that I got a room that didn't match what we ordered (should be a king size non smoking) on ​​the grounds that the room was full and we checked in at 8pm. what we got is twin. what we regret that the hotel should have prepared based on the reservation of each guest according to the reservation.

Clean room, amazing view and friendly staff. Very cozzy place, the kids are very happy with the swimming pool, the foods are also great. Next time i will come again and reserve at this Hotel. The hotel is easy to find and very close to center of Yogyakarta.

Grand Mercure has a nice room, strategic location and good service, especially in front desk staff. Besides that, the taste of the food is also good. We stayed with family, and and they love to stay here.

We stayed at Grand Mercure Adi Sucipto Yogyakarta for 3 nights with our big Family. Check in was fast. Thank you Mbak Puput for arranging our rooms to be the same floor. They upgraded our room, as Platinum Member. Welcome drink was a lot of choices, but the bar staff didn't permit us to bring the glass to our room. Breakfast was the busiest time, but the FnB team always pay attention to our family. There are many choices of food, but the taste could be greater than now. On New Year Celebration Night Event, the FnB team gave my Mother in law birthday surprise. Thank you especially to Mr. Nuari Ramadhan. Thank you Grand Mercure Adi Sucipto Yogyakarta for your hospitality. I was really satisfied as Accor Platinum Member.

Miss expectations from 5 star hotel Accor Group

My family stayed @this hotel from 26 to 30 December 2022. When we arrived around 3:00 PM, we checked-in to the hotel and the receptionist told me that the room was not ready yet and we have to wait until 4:00 PM. Thank you they give the welcome drink voucher for four persons. After the room was ready, we found the cover bed was dirty and there were some spot including in the blanket. We requested to change and wait again for about half an hour. There is no welcome cake or fruits even for Accor's member. I asked receptionist why they don't give the welcome cake/fruits since i deserved to get it (member's ACCOR) and they said it's only for Platinum member only. I don't believe it. Breakfast was poor since there is no fresh juice (only for Platinum's member) and the food were not variant and limited. I strongly recommend that this hotel need to be audited to fulfill compliance of Accors Hotels groups. Housekeeping was not responsible for changing empty soap that i request and many more. Internet connections was poor. It did not reflect 5 star hotels service overall.
