I booked the hotel because I couldn’t get in for work on time the following morning. The receptionist on arrival was very friendly. The corridors all the way up to the third floor stank heavily of cigarette smoke. My room 320 also smelt of cigarettes. The room was very clean. The walls were terrible at keeping the noise out from other residents. Luckily the neighbours went to bed early otherwise I wouldn’t have got much sleep. My bed was comfortable despite it sloping away from the wall. I pointed this out to a different receptionist in the morning who was not very helpful or friendly. When I asked him for my breakfast he told me that it wasn’t until 06:30 but I stated I had reserved it for 05:30 with the previous receptionist. He found my packed breakfast and just left it on the desk without saying a word. Overall the hotel was very reasonably priced and I would stay again.

Good check in and covid conditions and guidance Very poor maintenance Shower tray didn't drain Stains on the carpet which was threadbare along a wall Bedside lights didn't work Kettle broke but reception change it very efficiently Just overall tired and not maintained not Ibis usual standard

My stay was good, quiet and comfortable. My only downside was the lift being broken which was quite a trek to the third floor. Everything else was great.

I used the heating system in the room and I caught a conjunctivitis as a result. I think it was full of germs and hasn’t been used or cleaned for a while and with Covid it is something to take into account. So for this reason I am not very happy with my stay. Otherwise it’s a good hotel and the staff was pleasant.

Felt more like a hostel than a hotel. I needed to request a change of rooms since the window would not shut and heating did not work. I was given a new room with no questions asked which was nice. I was given a room upgrade and welcome drink due to my All Accor status which was well received. The rooms are not sound proof so you can hear the other guests in this tightly packed hotel.

The place was very convenient and staffs were very friendly! Besides, the room was clean and the price was affordable (including breakfast!) This time I could stay only one night, but I would like to stay more next time!

Hotel is very near Earls Court station. Also it's close to all the amenities of the Kensington area - shops, pubs, restaurants. Only issue is the rooms are very small. It is central London so that makes sense but it could be difficult leaving large suitcases in the room. There is a lift. Staff were nice and hotel seemed very clean. Walking around the hotel is like walking around in a maze or labyrinthe!

1-The rooms are very very small 2- The floors (1 and 2) smelled with bleach !!! The toilet had very strong smell of bleach as well I had to move to another hotel after 1 hour!!!

Convenient hotel on Piccadilly line between the City & Heathrow

This is a great location for someone with a partial or free day when passing thru Heathrow. A 3-5 min walk from Piccadilly line & 30-35min train to Heathrow. While the rooms are small, that's not why one goes to London. As an ALL loyalty program member the welcome drink is appreciated & while not an expectation, another perk is the occasional room upgrade! Locally there is a High Street w/several restaurants & laundry facilities. Kensington Gardens is a 15 min walk thru the Kensington Bourough. Friendly staff. Normally a free breakfast buffet which currently is a grab bag with a variety of items.
