The room was small, seemed to be located next to a noisy boiler, and the breakfast was a bit disappointing due to the pandemic, but it was very cheap.

My experience was very good, the location of the hotel is extremely convenient with direct tube connection with the airport and city center. I was very satisfied with the room facilities and cleanliness. Also, the level of help offered by the staff impressed me, especially the help from Diana at the reception. She instantly understood my needs and responded to my requests. She helped me become a member of Accor and setup a business account, also setting my next 2 bookings for the coming period. I am now a committed returning customer!

Massive noise issues.

Good location. Nice room. However, when we left for dinner at 8 p.m. there was crazy noise from rooms next door. On our return at 11 we complained to reception as it was ongoing. It stopped briefly. Then restarted and we slept fitfully. I emailed reception again at 5 a.m. and the noise stopped. Worst night in an hotel ever.

Overall our stay was amazing, the location of the hotel was so handy; with a tube station a 2 minute walk away and also had supermarkets, restaurants and little shops on the doorstep of the hotel. The room itself was a bigger than we expected as we got the compact and the room came with everything that we needed. One little thing is that the room got very hot but that’s probably because it was relatively hot outside but the AC took a while to cool the room down, besides that everything was perfect

Thé room has no daily cleaning and you expect guest to have breakfast in their rooms. By the third day there is bed bugs that bite because it starts to be really dirty. The cleaning was already quiet average to start with, there was big lump of dust on the edge of carpets.. The breakfast is useless for someone on a keto or special diet. Overall stay was ok but it was below normal Ibis standard.

Pleasant Stay

I stayed here on 2 separate occasions during August for several nights each time. The first was at the beginning of the month and the hotel was acclimatizing to the Covid-19 hygiene measures. There were alcohol gels at the main entrance but the ones by the lifts were constantly empty on the 3 nights I stayed there, but this improved on my second stay at the end of August. Reception staff were friendly. The rooms were clean. Understandable the bed linen and towels were not changed during the several night stay, but a lot of guests left rubbish and used plates outside their rooms and not collected by anyone for days. There is no sit down breakfast facility but a breakfast bag-to-go which you collect at reception. The contents of which are inconsistent each day. Sometimes a croissant or pastry is enclosed and sometimes not. There is usually a cereal bar and a piece of fruit. I have to say the Ibis Styles in Glasgow offers a more substantial bag to go but still does not compare to Holiday Inn Express who also provides a hot bacon or sausage sandwich and a bowl of cereal with a carton of milk as well as yoghurt, which Ibis Styles does not. You have to go to the basement level if you want to use the coffee machine. This is closed after 10:30am. Overall a pleasant stay, convenient to Earls Court station and plenty of eating places nearby.

Nice Welcome From the reception team. Room was a solo but plenty good enough for one. Clean and nothing really to complain about. The website didn’t mention the breakfast cafe was closed. You get a grab bag instead.
