I am very pleased to have a pleasant experience , clean room , kind staff , free breakfast , Well located hotel. I have 2 luggages , solo traveler and the hotel is located in the street just infront of Earl Court station and also from London Heathrow Airport , I don't have to carry my luggages because there is a lift / escalator from Airport to Subway then a lift from subway on to the street of Earl Court station and infront is the Hoggart street few steps and you are now infront of the Ibis style hotel ! I got a very reasonable price ( 19 GBP) booking directly at the website. There are so many restaurant , the best food I've tried is Kamayan Lutong Pinoy few steps/ walking distance away from the hotel. Groceries are also available like Manila supermarket and Boots for daily essentials. There is also Nandos and Jollibee on the left of the exit of Earl Court subway station. I am grateful for the wonderful and safe stay. 5 stars for the staff 5 stars for the cleanliness 5 stars for the Location SUPERB experience Thank you -Rhea

My single room was amazing. Large en suite. Great sized bedroom. Really comfortable bed. TV sadly broke so Paolo helped and kindly relocated me to another room. Paolo was simply amazing and really helped me. I'm so grateful to him. Lovely cotton sheets. So comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel. Then I'm treated to a great breakfast in a bag. Thank you to the Kensington crew. Much appreciated. 10 out of 10.

I must say I was really impressed. The two staffs I met on arrival were the kindest, I have ever met anywhere. The guy went out of His way to make sure I was comfortable, my first room was smelling of cigarette smoke and he apologized, changed the room and this second room was smelling damp, He changed it, the third one was stuffy and I couldn't breathe and he changed it, the final room had a faulty heating system, he went out and found me a heater. I wish I had something to compensate him with, he was out of this world, and not once did he stop smiling or laughing with me. I can only say God bless him whatever he does. I was very comfortable

Good location, hotel a little tired, disappointing breakfast

This is a budget hotel so I wasn't expecting too much. The reception area is nicely decorated and the staff were helpful and friendly but in general the hotel is looking a little tired with stains on the carpets and chipped paintwork. My first room was compact (I booked a single room), but had all I needed. The bed was uneven with a large depression in the mattress where repeated people had slept. Unfortunately the kettle tripped the fuse in the room so I was moved to another single room. This was roughly the same sized and had the same amenities. The mattress was better though and the bathroom smelt of bleach so I knew it had been cleaned. I had no concerns over cleanliness at all, although again the carpet was showing signs of wear with a couple of old stains and the window levers were also loose. The breakfast was a disappointment. I knew due to current government restrictions that it would not be a normal breakfast but the paper bag I was given had a chocolate muffin, a plain croissant (no butter or jam), a carton of orange juice and a cocoa pops cereal bar. All were long life items and not fresh. I feel that even with the restrictions a better offering could be provided. The location of the hotel is good, 2mins from Earls Court tube and the street is a quiet one and not a main road. All in all a satisfactory stay for the price but let down by the breakfast offering.

a short 5 minute walk from the Earl's Ct Piccadilly tube stop & fairly close to Kensington Garden, a great intermediary location between London's center & Heathrow. Close by are several restaurants, pubs, fast food options, though many have closed or are only available for takeaway due to the lockdown. Staff are friendly at both check in & check out which is quick with so few travellers. As always, the welcome drink for "ALL" members is a nice perk. The normally free breakfast buffet is understandably not currently available, but they do supply a brown bag breakfast w/muffin, croissant, OJ & an apple. The walls, desktops, carpets are showing signs of use, though not a real issue. While my room's heat did not work, the staff were able to provide a portable heater! Relative to other hotels in the area, the Ibis Styles Kensington is a great value.

Staff is barebones, heating was not working, as it did 2 weeks before. I asked for assistance, was told i would be called, was not. Requested a heater. Did not arrive, went to desk to ask, was told it would be brought. After i returned to hotel nothing in the freezing room. I called front desk again and was told we have only one person on duty. Come down and get it yourself........

Great location with a box room

Staff were friendly and hotel is in a great location two minutes from Earls Court tube. Second stay here, the room we had last time was big and spacious but this time we had a box room, there was no more than a foot of space around the bed with a tiny bathroom and shower. The difference in rooms for the same price as last time is shocking.

At short notice I needed to stop in London for a night. All I needed was a basic room for one night close to Central London for a decent price. The IBIS Styles Lodn Kensington fitted the bill and met my basic aspirations for the night. I would use it again. Clean, quiet and cheap.

My room was next to the lift which was going all night for some reason, couldn't sleep very well b cause of that. Also, no plant milk options for coffee

The room was small but adequate. The room was very cold and took ages to warm up via the air conditioning, the bathroom smelt of sewage but the price was excellent
