The room was more plush than I was expecting; big comfortable bed, nice fittings, nice shower. A really great room if, like me, you don't mind a few rough edges (a couple of bits of frayed carpet, a crack in the TV remote, everything else was fine). For the price, this was an exceptionally comfortable and pleasant stay. Got an extra discount by booking on the hotel's website.

A very united team there who is very accommodating and will do their best to make sure your stay is hassle free. Housekeeping team is fantastic given they have no service trolley to facilitate their jobs. Hotel building has 150 years history so please understand there are restrictions like room sizes and thin walls. Otherwise a Zone 1 hotel near the tube station plus breakfast included in the room rate, I can’t ask for anymore. Anna, Diana, Sylvia, Cristina, and Andrew are all stars.

In the heart of Kensington surrounded by magnificent parks, churches, shops and everything you need,! All in walking distance in a lovely, opulent neighborhood. The rooms have great vibes and are very clean and the staff are so kind and really chill. They make everyone feel at home. I am here on an extended stay and I am so grateful I found them. Great prices, great stay, fabulous location, great staff!!

When I arrived the lift wasn't working and I wasn't offered any help with my luggage to take it up 6 flights of stairs. Further, my kettle wasn't working and the table in my room was not clean and had food from the previous guest on it. When I asked reception if I could have my room cleaned they said the cleaner comes every 3 days - considering COVID times I would expect that I had someone available to clean this immediately. The kettle was broken in my room and I had to request another one. I also was only provided 2 cups when cleaning only happened every 3 days I had to re-use the paper coffee cups that were provided. Generally speaking this is probably the worst Accor hotel I have stayed at and I did expect more for an Accor property.

Good location but poor communication

I arrived in the evening. Your hotel was clean and had a nice design. The receptionist was very friendly. However, no where did it state prior to my visit that your lift was out of order. Also, I had emailed to ask if my stay could be extended by a day. This created confusion at the desk as this was then done in 2 bookings. The receptionist said that I hadn't ordered breakfast when I clearly had. No where did it state online that you did not have room service. My first room on the first floor smelt of smoke. This is because your guests were smoking on the steps on the hotel underneath the room. The second room I was offered was on the 3rd floor with a broken television and dirty floor. I left after this.

Not that bad for the price. Had an issue with the first room I was given (dirty bed sheets) sorted moved to other room. The whole place is so stuffy probably because it’s carpeted all over made the place smells bad.

I enjoyed comfortable rooms. On the other hand I booked single room but they gave me a twin room at first with broken window. When I called reception they transferred me to King size double room instead of single room.Therefore I am not very confident to go back again except if it is an unavoidable need of life and work.

I am sure your hotel is housing ayslum seekers as there can be no other explanation for the noise and general demeanour of guests staying at the hotel Room 303 bathroom facilities are not workable I do not expect as a silver card holder to be offered such a disgusting room both shower and basin were unable to drain water away
