This hotel it's the best hotel I've ever stay in, start from the view, the room, the staff even the lobby was cozy. And this firly girl in lobby were so nice she smiled at me and it just made my day 💗 the front desk officer it's so nice too, the food choice was okay, it's nice too. I like staying in the pool it was warm and nice even during the day. 💖

We booked 2 rooms, for our family of 6. Kids stayed in one room, and parents on one. We requested for a connecting room, but was told it wasnt available at the time of check in. So we were given a room across each other. Nothing much to complain about on the rooms, apart from ironing board had to be requested - and only given 1 hour usage time, and also our bedroom sink was clogging so bad, but repaired after we lodged complaint. Water temperature was unstable- can catch us offguard being from nice hot temp to very hot & suddenly too cold in a matter of a slight turn of the tap head. But but but!! The breakfast was the real experience not to be missed..! No matter how late you are, please do not skip your breakfast when you’re staying at Mercure Bandung City Centre.. the chicken porridge was my fav and sitting outside at the balcony in the morning breeze sets the mood right to start your day 😉 All in all, room was meh, okayyy… breakfast was spectacular for me, and service was excellent. Everyone was friendly & attended to each & every of you whims and fancy in no time. Will be back in this hotel if I find myself back in Bandung soon

Hardi Couples - Confirmed reviews ALL

I know i'm coming on long weekend holiday. Price is quite high. Room is just adequate. Quite small with terrace. Room with terrace is only 1 floor and is located on lower floor. 4th floor to be exact. Parking space is small and it can't accomodate 100% occupancy on that day. Luckily it got free vallet service. Breakfast is just so so. I should say taste and variation lose to the 3* hotel by the same group. Place is very city center. Near to anywhere. For light sleeper like might have issue because of the traffic noise and from mosque around the area. Overall, i should say it's unexpected.

Good service, many delicious food & drink, clean room. Overall good, but there's only 2 lift so taking time to waiting. Not so many restaurant or convenience store at outside.
