I first booked this reservation for 3 days, just to attend the Anime Friends event near there. But I changed my plan and stayed for one week, so I could visit some parents and attend the São Paulo soccer team game. I will divide my opinions into topics. The staff: Was very kind and helped me with all my requests. I just felt the staff in the restaurant was overloaded with breakfast and dinner time. The cleaning staff did a great job, they cleaned my room every day. The menu/food: Simple. They don't have a lot of options on the menu for the launch and dinner time. For breakfast, I think it could have more options, like Brazilian savories (coxinha, pão de queijo, pasteis). The room: Loved it. It's big and beautiful. It has light switches and power plugs all over the place, it'd be great if they have 220v in the power plugs, but luckily my equipment has dual voltage. The bed is very comfortable. The shower in the bathroom is great, too! But could have a soap there. Location: This is one of the best locations you can have in São Paulo. Near the Portuguesa-Tietê metro station, which you access from there almost every place in the city, 30-40 minutes by car from the airport and 10 minutes by car from a mall. My only bad experience was in one night due to a little "party" that the room next to mine was throwing. They were talking loudly and punched the wall sometimes, was a pain to sleep that night. Overall, is a great place to stay. I sure want to come back more times in the future.

Very convenient location at Tiete bus station. I usually stay there one night in connection to other Brazilian cities. Rooms are Clean and comfortable. Breakfast is good. Also a good service at the reception. Watch out for the neighborhood as it’s not very safe.

I've booked this reservation for 3 days, due to a popular festival in Liberdade neighborhood (Tanabata Matsuri 2019). Arrived at Friday afternoon and left on Monday morning. I will divide my impressions in sections. TRANSPORTATION: Very good (4/5) Near the hotel, you have a direct access to São Paulo subway system (Blue line) and a direct connection to Tietê Bus Terminal. The subway system in São Paulo is pretty well documented, it covers virtually every area of São Paulo's downtown and all nearby towns. All lines are divided by color codes. In front of this hotel, you can call several car transports, like Uber, 99 Táxi and Cabify. PAYMENT: Very poor (1/5) I booked my reservation using the website booking.com. The website did not charge me in advance. They informed the price of the reservation and stated that I would have to pay my reservation at hotel's reception. When I arrived at friday, I asked if I could divide my payment using my credit card. The receptionist informed that I had to make a full payment (BRL 1054.00), since I did my reservation using booking.com and not the Accor Hotel's app. I said that this was simply absurd, but the receptionist just smiled and nodded, but did nothing to divide my payment. RESTAURANT: Good (3/5) The menu is decent. Nothing special, considering that this is a budget 3-star hotel. You have some options in breakfast: scrambled eggs, sausages, fruits, some breads, fruit jelly, honey, corn flakes, at least 2 fruit juices. They are actually doing a big effort to get rid of all plastic. So there is none to wrap your food if you want to eat later or take your food with you. At dinner, I ordered a Parmigiana-style beef, some rice and fried fries. They came with plenty of food in my dish. Then I decided to donate my food to some homeless man outside the hotel. For my surprise, they did not have *any kind* of wrapping box for the food. They had to use some creativity and wrap the food using some ziplock-like plastic. Thankfully, I was able to donate the food. ACCOMODATIONS: Good (3/5) The room accomodations are good, clean and decent. I was pleased by their care on cleaning and organizing the accomodations. OVERALL: Good (3/5) It is a nice hotel for someone who wants to keep your budget expenses low, near to some transportation (bus, subway) and intend to stay in São Paulo for 3 to 7 days most. The only negative experience I had was the problem with my payment with credit card. They charged me a full payment, but I wanted to divide it.

The hotel is very good for me. Excellent!! I Will be back in August 2019. Always than I need to be in Sao Paulo, my choice is IBIS STYLES SAO PAULO ANHEMBI. The hotel is near of public transport and bus terminal.

A 1 week stay to attend trade shows locally. The staff were friendly and efficient however the hotel rooms were not particularly clean and the food in the restaurant was bland. The location was very convenient close to the local subway station.
